PL 23153 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu urzadzenia oczyszczajacego powietrze oraz ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony dla lepszego zobrazowania na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których ilustracja fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku z przodu, ilustracja fig. 2 w widoku z góry, ilustracja fig. 3 w widoku z boku, a ilustracja fig. 4 w widoku perspektywicznym. Urzadzenie oczyszczajace powietrze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do walca, który tuz przy podstawie przyjmuje ksztalt stozka scietego. Od przodu korpusu umiejscowiony jest przycisk wlaczenia/wylaczenia urzadzenia w ksztalcie prostokata z wyraznie zaokraglonymi naroznikami, w którym w regularnych odstepach umiejscowiono dwie podswietlane diody w ksztalcie kwadratów równiez z wyraznie zaokraglonymi naroznikami. Od przodu korpusu ponizej przycisku wlaczenia/wylaczenia opisanego wyzej, znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci logo graficznego „Cirrus" zawierajacego wyraznie powiekszona pierwsza litere „C" tego wyrazu, pisanego stylizowana czcionka. Dolna czesc korpusu urzadzenia z przodu od podstawy przyjmuje charakterystyczny ksztalt lagodnie wznoszacej falistej krzywej odslaniajacej element wlotu powietrza oraz podstawke urzadzenia. Górna czesc korpusu ma ksztalt kola, w który wpisane jest mniejsze kolo zawierajace pokrywe filtra. W przestrzeni pomiedzy tymi okregami umiejscowiono w regularnych odstepach osiem wylotów powietrza. Na pokrywie filtra na linii centralnej znajduje sie napis „push" i symbol strzalki. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the air purifying device and its ornamentation. For better visualization, the subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the device from the front, Fig. 2 from the top, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the perspective. The air purifying device according to the industrial design has the following essential features: a cylindrical body, which immediately at the base takes the shape of a truncated cone. On the front of the body is the device's on/off button, shaped like a rectangle with clearly rounded corners, within which are placed at regular intervals two illuminated square-shaped LEDs, also with clearly rounded corners. On the front of the body, below the on/off button described above, there is a decorative element in the form of the "Cirrus" graphic logo, containing a clearly enlarged initial "C" of the word, written in a stylized font. The lower part of the body, at the front of the base, takes on a characteristic shape of a gently rising, wavy curve, revealing the air inlet element and the device's base. The upper part of the body is circular, within which is inscribed a smaller circle containing the filter cover. In the space between these circles, eight air outlets are placed at regular intervals. On the filter cover, on the center line, there is the inscription "push" and an arrow symbol.
