Podczas obracania urzadzenia 1 zapomoca drazka 2 pelna czesc tegoz, odpowiadajaca wrebowi 57, podnosi wystep 56 i odlacza czesc 58 od pochwy, tak ze drazek 2 wraz z urzadze¬ niem 1 moze wyjsc nazewnatrz. Ten pier¬ scien 60 moze stanowic brzeg, czyli zde¬ rzak, niedopuszczajacy do zeskoczenia czlonu 46 z pochwy 3. PL PLThe longest patent duration is until January 17, 1948. The subject of patent No. 17809 is a device for reducing the width of the underrun in spinning machines; it is mounted completely loosely and rests only on the lower extraction roller or the feeding roller, without being attached to any holding device. According to patent No. 17809, such devices of two adjacent extraction devices are usually connected in pairs in a way that ensures each of them freedom of movement with respect to the other, thanks to which each of them can adjust independently of the other to its undershot. The present invention concerns certain improvements that make reducing the width of the undershot much more practical and easier, and at the same time ensure the proper positioning of the device and eliminate the danger of it falling when lifting the upper roller. The present invention facilitates the handling of this device, so that the worker can use it without can be easily mounted on the machine without fear of incorrect positioning. Furthermore, the device can be permanently adjusted to the angle formed by the extraction rollers, and finally, it is ensured that after removing the upper roller for cleaning, the device cannot fall towards the front of the machine due to the lower movement of the roller. The invention consists essentially in the fact that the casing, which couples the two devices, is connected to a retaining member, which is usually made of light pressed metal and has an extension or handle at the front, by means of which the worker can grasp the device and bring it to the correct position. At the rear, this member has two extensions resting on the lower intermediate roll, provided with two projections directed downwards, which are normally located very close to the lower extraction or feeding roll and prevent the device from falling forward when the upper roll is raised. The retaining member has holes through which a tube passes, engaging the two devices, and these holes and the tube are of such a cross-section that the above devices can move parallel to the rolls, but are not capable of greater rotation relative to the retaining member than through an angle permitted by the small clearance between the two parts. The drawing shows a pair of devices for reducing the width of the undercut according to the invention, and namely Fig. 1 shows a perspective image of the pair of these devices in the working position, relative to the feed rollers and the lower intermediate roller, Fig. 2 — a similar image in an increased scale of the pair of devices together with the holding member. Fig. 3 — a cross-sectional example of mounting the device on a device for strong pulling with an endless belt, £ig. 4 - the same cross-section of the device for strong extraction with small sliding rollers, fig. 5 - a perspective view ad dot another embodiment of the holding member, fig. 6 - a detail, and figs. 7 and 8 - a top view and a longitudinal section of an example of mounting these devices on the coupling tube, enabling their replacement. According to patent No. 17809, each pair consists of two devices for reducing the width of the underrun 1; a rod 2 is attached to each of them and both rods are connected by an outer casing 3. The connection between the rods and the casing is such that each rod has a certain play in the direction of its length and can rotate around its axis by a small angle, thanks to which each device can completely freely adapt to the pair of rollers assigned to it and take exactly the position determined by the position of the belt*. The casing 3, which couples the pair of devices 1, 1 for reducing the width of the slip, is associated with a stopping member which (designated in its entirety by the number 46) is made mainly of light pressed metal, so that, without being heavy, has sufficient rigidity. Towards the rear it is provided with arms 48 long enough to rest on the neck of the shaft 5 inserted in the middle; At the front, the member 46 has an extension, which is a handle by means of which the worker can easily lift both devices together with the holding member and place them on the spinning machine. The rear arms 48 of the holding member leave a free space 50 between them large enough to accommodate the spinning machine rod, which transfers the pressure to the upper rollers of the extraction device. In addition, the holding member 46 has extensions 49 at the bottom of its sides, the purpose of which is to limit the movement of the entire assembly towards the front. The coupling sleeve 3 of the device for reducing the underrun width has a non-circular cross-section and is connected to the holding member in such a way that it passes through its side holes, thanks to which it can slide freely along the member 46, but cannot rotate with respect to it. From the drawing it can be seen that the casing 3 has a rib 51, to which correspond the recesses 52 of the holes 67 in the side surfaces of the member 46; it can also have a quadrangular, hexagonal or any other non-circular cross-section, but in such a case the holes 67 must be adapted to it. It is this non-circularity of the casing 3 and the holes 67 that causes the devices /, 1 for reducing the width of the underrun to maintain approximately the correct position with respect to the member 46; For the same reason, as soon as the handle 47 is taken and the member is placed on the spinning machine, it immediately moves into the correct position and adapts easily to the extraction rollers 6 and 7. After inserting the sheath 3 into the holes 67 of the member 46, its ends can be slightly bent and in this way rims, i.e. stops 68 (fig. 6), can be created, which would limit the movement of the member 46 in relation to the sheath 3 and prevent it from jumping from the sheath 3 onto the rod 2 during movement, which would of course prevent it from sliding on the sheath 3. As can be seen from the drawing, in the working position of the device / they are held in the angle that exists between the extraction or feeding rollers. 6, 7, and the rear arms 48 of the member 46 rest on the neck of the rear roller 5 inserted in the center. The lower extensions 49 remain at a slight distance from the lower feed roller 6, but do not touch it. In this position the devices 1, 1 are completely free and enter the angle between the rollers 6 and 7 and at the same time they can freely adjust to the movement of the underrun M. If the devices 1, 1 are placed on a belt extractor (for strong extraction) or on a roller extractor, the projections 49 stay near the lower feeding roller 6, and after lifting the upper roller 7 without stopping the machine, the roller 6 pulls the device 1 forward, but the projections 49 hit it and do not allow it to move any further and fall from the front side of the roller. If the devices 1, 1 are placed on a extractor with sliding rollers, as in Fig. 4, the projections 49 are unnecessary and it is only possible to bend down the end 61 of the arms 48. In this case, the bent ends 61 hit the sliding roller 65 during the forward movement of the devices 1. The adaptation of the devices 1, 1 to the angle between the rollers 6 and 7 is the result primarily of the friction of the lower roller 6 against the bottom of the devices 1, 1 and the friction between the rear arms 48 of the stop member and the neck of the lower roller 5 inserted in the center. If it is a hoisting device in which the underrun runs horizontally or only with a slight inclination, or if for any reason it is necessary to increase the intensity with which the devices 1, 1 adapt to the angle between the rollers 6 and 7, it is possible (as in Fig. 5) small weights 53 are placed on the ends of the arms 48. In Fig. 5, these weights are made of wires or rods 53 of a suitable material, the ends of which have grooves 54, into which the arms 48 are inserted or pressed, thereby immobilizing the rods 53. Of course, these weights can also be placed in a different way. The weights increase the pressure of the arms 48 on the intermediate roller 5 and therefore also the pressure of this roller on the member 46, which tries to press the devices 1, 1 into the angle between the rollers 6 and 7. By appropriately selecting the weights 53 - 3 - it is possible to obtain an intensity corresponding to all kinds of devices and in this way to precisely adapt the devices themselves /, 1 for extraction rollers. Figs. 7 and 8 show the variable coupling of the rods 2 with the casing 3. For this purpose, the ends of the casing 3 are provided with a diametrical notch 55, which divides them into two parts 58, 59h, which can move apart and release the rod 2 outwards. In one of these parts, a recess 56 is made, to which a projection corresponds on the underside of the casing, which fits into the notch of the rod 2. The two parts 58, 59 of the coupling casing are connected by a ring 60 (Fig. 7), which is removed (Fig. 8) when the device / is to be removed. When the device 1 is rotated by means of the rod 2, the solid part of the latter, corresponding to the notch 57, lifts the projection 56 and disconnects the part 58 from the sheath, so that the rod 2 together with the device 1 can come out. This ring 60 can constitute an edge, i.e. a stop, preventing the member 46 from jumping off the sheath 3.
