Abstract

Adapter łączący podstawę słupa (12), zwłaszcza oświetleniowego z kotwą (8) fundamentu (9) charakteryzuje się tym, że dolna część (1) adaptera ma kształt walca z gwintowanym otworem oraz fazą i łączy się z przewężeniem (4), które przechodzi w gwintowany pręt (5). Dolna część ma cztery prostokątne płaszczyzny (6), z których każda usytuowana jest prostopadle w stosunku do sąsiednich płaszczyzn. Dolna część zakończona jest stożkowym pogrubieniem (7). Adaptery zamocowane na kotwach fundamentu posiadają na gwintowanych prętach nakrętki (10) z podkładkami (11), na których osadzona jest podstawa słupa (12). Nakrętki (10) służą do ustawienia słupa w pionie. Natomiast nakrętkami (15) mocuje się podstawę słupa do adapterów. Przewężenia (4) adapterów, w momencie uderzenia w słup, łamią się.The adapter connecting the base of the post (12), especially the lighting one, with the anchor (8) of the foundation (9) is characterized by the fact that the lower part (1) of the adapter has the shape of a cylinder with a threaded hole and a chamfer and connects to the narrowing (4), which turns into threaded rod (5). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest adapter łączący podstawę słupa, zwłaszcza oświetleniowego z kotwą fundamentu, przystosowany do łamania się na przykład wskutek zderzenia pojazdu.The subject of the invention is an adapter connecting the base of a pole, in particular a lighting pole, with a foundation anchor, adapted to break, e.g. due to a vehicle collision.

Konstrukcje wsporcze, w tym słupów oświetleniowych stanowiących wyposażenie drogowe, powinny być wykonane z uwzględnieniem łamania się wskutek uderzenia. Konstrukcje słupów mają ograniczać dotkliwość wypadków dla osób znajdujących się w pojazdach.Supporting structures, including lighting poles constituting road equipment, should be made taking into account breaking under impact. Znany jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 210 984 sposób połączenia słupa z fundamentem, umożliwiający zmianę położenia słupa, w przypadku wystąpienia siły zewnętrznej spowodowanej uderzeniem. Sposób połączenia polega na tym, że w fundamencie trzonu słupa osadza się ucho oraz nakrętki tak, że ich osie usytuowane są w osiach otworów stopy tego trzonu zaopatrzonej również w ucho. Stopę wraz z trzonem słupa umieszcza się na fundamencie, a przez otwory w stopie wprowadza się śruby wraz z pierścieniami o dwustopniowej średnicy zewnętrznej, zaś ucha łączy się ze sobą za pomocą cięgna.
