Description
The subject of the invention is a spatial knitted fabric with a textured structure, intended for clothing that meets the requirements of functional clothing for everyday use, as well as clothing for active people.
Known are double-layer weft knitted fabrics, the layers of which are made and joined in the same technological process through the meshes of one weave, tuck meshes or an intermediate thread by means of tuck loops. These layers are sometimes made of threads with different properties, for example one of the threads with conductive-diffusion properties, and the other - of sorption threads.
Dzianiny te cechuje stosunkowo duża grubość w relacji do masy powierzchniowej. There are also known two-layer spacer knitted fabrics, the layers of which are connected with a monofilament thread by means of tuck loops. The use of a monofilament thread to connect the layers creates a gap between the layers of the knitted fabric, and the distance between the two layers increases with the length and diameter of the monofilament thread. These knitted fabrics are characterized by a relatively large thickness in relation to the weight per unit area.
The three-dimensional knitted fabric, known from the description of the industrial design PL 17532, is made in such a way that by determining the number of normal meshes and trimming meshes, determining the dimensions of the reports, i.e. the number of columns and rows, and the number of repetitions of reports in width, a spatial knit is obtained in which clearly the outer texture is visible with thickenings and thinner flat places. The spatial knitted fabric has a clearly visible pattern in the form of a rectangular Greek motif.
It is known from the patent description PL 163 244 a two-layer openwork knitted fabric intended for footwear elements, the outer layer of which is made of polyester yarn and the inner one of fibrillated polypropylene film. Znana z opisu patentowego PL 194 826 kompozytowa dzianina rządkowa zawiera dwie warstwy oczek połączone ze sobą pętlami nabraniowymi, wykonanymi nitką pośrednią, wytworzone i połączone w jednym procesie technologicznym. The composite weft knitted fabric, known from the patent description PL 194 826, comprises two layers of meshes connected with each other by tuck loops made with an intermediate thread, produced and connected in one technological process. In the space between the two mesh layers, it contains a filling layer also introduced in the same technological process. The filling layer is a spinning tape or roving with the addition of highly absorbent or electrically conductive fibers, granules with sorptive or electrically conductive properties. Depending on the type of fibers used in the intermediate layer, the knitted fabric is characterized by high moisture sorption dynamics, electromagnetic field screening ability, or, when connected to a power source, heating capacity. Therefore, it can be successfully used for sleepers and dressings for patients, as a moisture-absorbing cover for car seats, as a moisture-absorbing insert for clothing, for protection against the harmful effects of an electromagnetic field, as a textile heater. This knitted fabric retains the ability to absorb water even after repeated soaking and drying.
