Description
Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy wyrobu wiskozy. %— PLThe present invention relates to a viscose product. It has been found that in a viscose product, the xanthenisation of alkaline cellulose can be carried out with great success when cellulose is introduced into an organic medium such as benzol or other organic liquids which dissolve ¬ it mixes or evenly mixes with the carbon disulphide, It has been found that in this way the xanthogenetic reaction can be facilitated and more uniform, while the excipient makes the carbon disulphide penetrate evenly and accurately the alkaline cellulose and tightly binds to each of its particles which reduces the propensity to locate the reaction, prevents oxidation and prevents heat formation so that the reaction temperature can be kept lower. So when using benzene or other organic liquids, as mentioned above, the cellulose particles can be better protected from degradation, so that the obtained viscose products are suitable for the production of solutions with much greater ductility, and technical products such as rayon, films, etc., may be obtained from viscose of higher quality and mechanical strength, respectively. The use of such organic agents may be suitable in accordance with the present invention for any process in the manufacture of viscose, whether or not the process develops maturation of xanthogenized cellulose or not. The excipients can moreover be used in particular in the special process devised here for the production of a special viscose with a high molecular composition, where the cellulose particles are combined into larger conglomerates, so that the usual maturation of the cellulose xanthogenization can be dispensed with. According to this special process, devised by the invention, the cellulose or its transformation products are subjected to: (1) the action of an alkali concentration of about 15%! Ttfzm (preferably 20-25% or more) in an amount no greater than two yeasts (about 1 sticky) of alkali per cellulose grain fC6H10 0%); 2) the action of carbon disulfide used in an amount not greater than% of the particles, e.g. % - PL
