Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka z krótkimi rekawami, która przeznaczona jest do utrzymania w wyzszej temperaturze pleców oraz w nizszej temperaturze przedniej strony czlowie- ka, nie przegrzewajac ciala, a przez to nie powodujac nadmiernej potliwosci calego organizmu. Przy- kladowo w przypadku dolegliwosci reumatycznych lub bólów kregoslupa wskazane jest utrzymanie tylko bolacych miejsc w cieple. Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stosowana jest takze w celach rehabilitacyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac koszulki z krótkimi rekawami, przejawiajaca sie w jej strukturze. Wspólne istotne cechy dwóch odmian wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – maja postac koszulki z krótkimi rekawami. Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany: – posiada grubsza warstwe materialu na plecach niz na przedniej stronie. Cechy istotne drugiej odmiany: – posiada przednia strone wykonana z innego materialu niz tylna strona koszulki. For example, in the case of rheumatic ailments or back pain, it is advisable to keep only the painful areas warm. The T-shirt based on the industrial design is also used for rehabilitation purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the short-sleeved T-shirt, manifested in its structure. The short-sleeved T-shirt according to the industrial design includes the following varieties: – first variety – in the form of a short-sleeved T-shirt with a thicker layer of material on the back, – second variety – in the form of a short-sleeved T-shirt made of different materials on the front and back. Common essential features of the two industrial design varieties are that: – they are in the form of a short-sleeved T-shirt. Essential features of the first variety: – it has a thicker layer of material on the back than on the front. Essential features of the second variety: – it has a front side made of a different material than the back of the T-shirt.
