Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest koszulka z dlugimi rekawami, która przeznaczona jest do utrzymania w wyzszej temperaturze pleców oraz w nizszej temperaturze przedniej strony czlowie- ka, nie przegrzewajac ciala, a przez to nie powodujac nadmiernej potliwosci calego organizmu. Przy- kladowo w przypadku dolegliwosci reumatycznych lub bólów kregoslupa wskazane jest utrzymanie tylko bolacych miejsc w cieple. Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stosowana jest takze w celach rehabilitacyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac koszulki z dlugimi rekawami, przejawiajaca sie w jej strukturze. Koszulka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1 – koszulka z dlugimi rekawami. Koszulka z dlugimi rekawami wedlug wzoru przemyslowego obejmuje nastepujace odmiany: – odmiane pierwsza – w postaci koszulki z dlugimi rekawami z grubsza warstwa materialu na plecach, – odmiane druga – w postaci koszulki z dlugimi rekawami wykonanej z róznych materialów z przodu i z tylu koszulki. Wspólne istotne cechy dwóch odmian wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – maja postac koszulki z dlugimi rekawami. Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany: – posiada grubsza warstwe materialu na plecach niz na przedniej stronie. Cechy istotne drugiej odmiany: – posiada przednia strone wykonana z innego materialu niz tylna strona koszulki. For example, in the case of rheumatic ailments or spinal pain, it is advisable to keep only the painful areas warm. The T-shirt according to the industrial design is also used for rehabilitation purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the long-sleeved T-shirt, manifested in its structure. The T-shirt according to the industrial design is presented in the drawings: Fig. 1 – long-sleeved T-shirt. The long-sleeved T-shirt according to the industrial design includes the following varieties: – variety one – in the form of a long-sleeved T-shirt with a thicker layer of material on the back, – variety two – in the form of a long-sleeved T-shirt made of different materials on the front and back of the T-shirt. The common essential features of the two varieties of the industrial design are that: – they have the form of a long-sleeved T-shirt. Essential features of the first variety: – it has a thicker layer of material on the back than on the front.
