Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bezrekawnik, który przeznaczony jest do utrzymania w wyzszej temperaturze pleców oraz w nizszej temperaturze przedniej strony czlowieka, nie prze- grzewajac ciala, a przez to nie powodujac nadmiernej potliwosci calego organizmu. Przykladowo w przypadku dolegliwosci reumatycznych lub bólów kregoslupa wskazane jest utrzymanie tylko bola- cych miejsc w cieple. Bezrekawnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stosowany jest takze w celach re- habilitacyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac bezrekawnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego strukturze. Bezrekawnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunkach: Fig. 1 – bezrekawnik. Bezrekawnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego obejmuje nastepujace odmiany: – odmiane pierwsza – w postaci bezrekawnika z grubsza warstwa materialu na plecach, – odmiane druga – w postaci bezrekawnika wykonanego z róznych materialów z przodu i z tylu. Wspólne istotne cechy dwóch odmian wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – maja postac bezrekawnika. Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany: – posiada grubsza warstwe materialu na plecach niz na przedniej stronie. Cechy istotne drugiej odmiany: – posiada przednia strone wykonana z innego materialu niz tylna strona bezrekawnika. For example, in the case of rheumatic ailments or spinal pain, it is advisable to keep only the painful places warm. The sleeveless vest according to the industrial design is also used for rehabilitation purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the sleeveless vest, manifested in its structure. The sleeveless vest according to the industrial design is presented in the drawings: Fig. 1 – sleeveless vest. The vest according to the industrial design includes the following varieties: – first variety – in the form of a vest with a thicker layer of material on the back, – second variety – in the form of a vest made of different materials on the front and back. The common essential features of the two varieties of the industrial design are that: – they have the form of a vest. Essential features of the first variety: – it has a thicker layer of material on the back than on the front. Essential features of the second variety: – it has a front side made of a different material than the back side of the vest.
