Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wyrobu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia w warunkach produkcji masowej, seryjnej lub rekodzielniczej. Poziomnica jest wykonana z profili aluminiowych i w dowolnym kolorze. Przedmiotowy wzór przemyslowy zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której Fot. 1 przedstawia poziomnice skladana w ukladzie roboczym, zas Fot. 2 te sama poziomnice w ukladzie zlozonym. Wzór przemyslowy ma postac zblizona ksztaltem do krzyza i sklada sie z czterech samoistnych poziomnic, z których dwie naprzeciwlegle poziomnice sa stale, a kolejne dwie – równiez naprzeciwlegle poziomnice – sa ruchome, przy czym kazda z tych poziomnic jest odpowiednio zamocowana w glowicy obrotowej, umiejscowionej centralnie wzgledem ramion tego krzyza, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii Fot. 1 i 2. The essence of the design is the new and original form of the product, manifested in its shape. The industrial design is suitable for multiple reproduction in mass production, serial production, or handicrafts. The spirit level is made of aluminum profiles in any color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Photo 1 shows the folding spirit level in its working configuration, while Photo 2 shows the same spirit level in its folded configuration. The industrial design is similar in shape to a cross and consists of four independent spirit levels, two of which are fixed opposite spirit levels and the next two – also opposite spirit levels – are movable, each of which is appropriately mounted in a rotating head, located centrally in relation to the arms of the cross, as shown in the attached photographs, Photos 1 and 2. The spirit level enables precise and repeatable positioning both vertically and horizontally of various types of products and installations, for example concrete rings and pipelines, and also facilitates the construction of all types of flat surfaces, for example walls and floors.
