Description

The subject of the invention is a seeder coulter used in agriculture and allowing sowing fine and medium seeds by the method of dispersed sowing.

Znane i stosowane, w siewnikach uniwersalnych z mechanicznym systemem dozowania nasion, redlice służą do wysiewu nasion w ściśle określonym szeregu. Known and used, in universal seeders with a mechanical seed dosing system, the coulters are used to sow seeds in a strictly defined series. The technical solutions of these units do not allow for precise filling of the sown space with seeds, because the coulters create a furrow parallel to the direction of travel to which the seeds are applied. At the same time, the construction of the seeder does not allow for sowing inter-rows. The development of this free space (inter-rows) will allow each plant to use the living space equally. In seed drills, many types of coulters are used and, depending on the way of grooving - where the seeds go, there are shoe (skid) coulters, knurled coulters, disc coulters - equipped with one or two discs. The coulters are suspended in series on the seeder frame, and their load - which influences the drilling depth, can be changed using springs or weights. This method of weighting the tines causes a number of drawbacks related to the uniform depth. When working on loose soils, there are problems with keeping the desired depth - the seed is deposited too deeply, and on compact soils, the coulter is too shallow. Disrupting the uniformity of sowing seeds causes local accumulation of the sown material, which results in uneven living space for each plant after the emergence of the plants. In addition, the sown seeds are not sufficiently covered with soil, which also contributes to a worse yield in the future.

Sowing density is one of the most important agrotechnical factors determining the basic yield-generating element - the number of ears per unit area. The method of scattered sowing, in which the seeds are placed in the soil at a certain depth and evenly distributed over the entire area of the field, makes it possible to obtain a higher yield per hectare.

According to the invention, the seed drill coulter is equipped with a foot which has the shape of an obtuse "V" located along a symmetry line parallel to the direction of travel. The foot has a permanently attached reflecting plate in the shape of a sphere sector with welded-in separating plates. There is a throat at the top of the coulter to accommodate the seed tube.

Redlica według wynalazku zapewnia odpowiednią gęstość siewu nasion i prawidłowe przykrycie nasion glebą.The coulter according to the invention ensures the appropriate sowing density of the seeds and the correct covering of the seeds with soil.

The scattered sowing method, carried out with the coulter according to the invention, the seeds of which are placed in the soil at a certain depth and evenly distributed over the entire area of the field, makes it possible to obtain a higher yield per hectare. The seed sown with this coulter leaves wide strips of evenly distributed seeds across the entire width of the foot. Another advantage, apart from those already mentioned, is the possibility of sowing granular fertilizers. The profiled coulter foot with the axis of symmetry in line with the direction of travel of the seeder becomes a scraping-harrow module and the cutting edge of the foot sinks the entire coulter under the surface.

Przedmiot wynalazku został pokazany w przykładzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje redlicę w widoku izometrycznym rozstrzelonym, fig. 3.The subject of the invention is shown in the embodiment in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an exploded isometric view of the coulter, Fig. 2 shows a top view of the coulter and the location of the section A-A of the coulter, which is shown in Fig. 3.

The seed drill coulter is equipped with a foot 1, which has the shape of an obtuse "V" placed with a symmetry line parallel to the direction of travel. The foot 1 has a permanently attached deflection plate 2 in the shape of a sphere segment with welded-in dividing plates 3. A mouth 4 is provided on the top of the coulter for the seating of the seed tube. The shaping of the foot profile 1 cuts the soil and results in the introduction of the seeds to the appropriate depth, where the seed is placed with a plate.

The foot 1 is also an element shifting the soil at an angle other than the direction of movement. The rear part of the foot allows the soil to fall gently by gravity and thus cover the seeds. There is a mouth 4 at the top of the coulter to accommodate the seed tube and guide the seeds further. The reflecting plate 2, shaped like a sphere segment, is designed to disperse the given material as much as possible. The scattering takes place by means of the semicircular profile of the reflecting plate and the use of three welded-in separating plates 3. Moreover, the grains that have not been accidentally reflected are placed on the bottom of the furrow with its help. During operation, the tile 2 may lie in any position on the bottom of the groove, and in case of unevenness, it may lift up on them.
