Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obuwie domowe, przeznaczone dla kobiet do noszenia w warunkach domowych oraz wewnatrz budynków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez barwe, cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia obuwie domowe w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia obuwie domowe w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia obuwie domowe w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia obuwie domowe w czwartej odmianie, fig. 5 przedstawia obuwie domowe w piatej odmianie, fig. 6 przedstawia obuwie domowe w szóstej odmianie, fig. 7 przedstawia obuwie domowe w siódmej odmianie, fig. 8 przedstawia obuwie domowe w ósmej odmianie, fig. 9 przedstawia obuwie domowe w dziewiatej odmianie, fig. 10 przedstawia obuwie domowe w dziesiatej odmianie. Obuwie domowe, wedlug wzoru ma podeszwe na malym obcasie koturnowym w kolorze czarnym. Do podeszwy przylega trwale umocowana wkladka z podpietka o oryginalnym ksztalcie. Wierzch obuwia domowego jest jednoczesciowy, wyprofilowany, zamocowany do podeszwy na wysokosci sródstopia. Wierzch obuwia domowego jest zaopatrzony w element ozdobny. Obuwie domowe wedlug wzoru wystepuje w nastepujacych odmianach: 1. Pierwsza odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze bordo, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokarda w kolorze czarnym z umieszczona posrodku jasna kuleczka, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1; 2. Druga odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i podpietka sa w kolorze czarnym, zas wkladka w kolorze bladego rózu, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokarda w kolorze czarnym z umieszczona posrodku jasna kuleczka, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2; 3. Trzecia odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze czerwonym, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokarda w kolorze czarnym z umieszczona posrodku jasna kuleczka, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 3; 4. Czwarta odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze granatowym, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokarda w kolorze czarnym z umieszczona posrodku jasna kuleczka, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4; 5. Piata odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i podpietka sa w kolorze bladego rózu, zas wkladka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony pomponem w kolorze czarnym, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5; 6. The essence of the design is the new and individually characterful appearance of the product, given to it in particular by color, line features, contours, and shapes. The subject of the design is shown in the attached collective illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the first version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 2 shows the second version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 3 shows the third version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 4 shows the fourth version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 5 shows the fifth version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 6 shows the sixth version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 7 shows the seventh version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 8 shows the eighth version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 9 shows the ninth version of the indoor footwear; Fig. 10 shows the tenth version of the indoor footwear. The indoor footwear, as shown in the pattern, has a sole with a small, black wedge heel. A permanently attached insole with a uniquely shaped heel cup adheres to the sole. The upper of the indoor footwear is one-piece, contoured, and attached to the sole at the midfoot. The upper of the indoor footwear is equipped with a decorative element. The indoor footwear, as shown in the pattern, comes in the following varieties: 1. The first variety – indoor footwear, in which the upper and insole are burgundy, and the heel cup is black, with the upper decorated with a black bow with a light ball in the center, as shown in the illustration in Fig. 1; 2. The second variety - home footwear, in which the upper and the heel cup are black, and the insole is pale pink, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a black bow with a light ball in the middle, as shown in illustrative material Fig. 2; 3. The third variety - home footwear, in which the upper and the insole are red, and the heel cup is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a black bow with a light ball in the middle, as shown in illustrative material Fig. 3; 4. The fourth variety - home footwear, in which the upper and the insole are navy blue, and the heel cup is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a black bow with a light ball in the middle, as shown in illustrative material Fig. 4; 5. Fifth variety - home footwear, in which the upper and the heel cushion are pale pink and the insole is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a black pompom, as shown in illustrative material Fig. 5; 6.
