Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podeszwa przeznaczona do obuwia sportowego co- dziennego uzytku. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa posiadajaca charakterystyczny indywidualny charak- ter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie postaci, podeszwa obuwia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny podeszwy, Fig. 2 widok podeszwy od spodu, Fig. 3 widok tylnego fragmentu podeszwy. Podeszwa wykonana jest w postaci wypraski z kauczuku termoplastycznego, która ma od stro- ny wewnetrznej strukture komorowa zwiekszajaca elastycznosc oraz poprawiajaca izolacje termiczna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: - podeszwa obuwia posiada konstrukcje warstwowa, sklada sie z podeszwy wewnetrznej 1 i bieznika podeszwy 3 obwiedzionych otokiem podeszwy 2, - podeszwa obuwia posiada jednakowa grubosc, - otok podeszwy 2 ma inny kolor niz pozostale elementy podeszwy, - otok podeszwy 2 wzdluz fragmentów: zewnetrznego i wewnetrznego boku ma gladka lamele pozioma 4, oraz lamele boczne 5, naprzemiennie gladkie i porowate, - fragmenty przedni (czubek) 7 i fragment tylny (pieta) 8 otoku podeszwy 2 posiadaja mo- letkowanie o strukturze „diamencików", - bieznik podeszwy 3 posiada porowata strukture, a wzdluz dluzszych zewnetrznych kra- wedzi ma glebokie gladkie lamele bieznika 6. W centralnej czesci bieznika podeszwy 3 wykonane jest podwójne lukowate wyzlobienie, wzdluz którego w tylnej czesci bieznika podeszwy 3 umieszczony jest napis „relaks". The essence of the industrial design is a new sole with a distinctive individual character, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a general view of the sole, Fig. 2 shows the underside of the sole, and Fig. 3 shows the rear section of the sole. The sole is made as a thermoplastic rubber molding, which has a chamber structure on the inside, increasing flexibility and improving thermal insulation. Essential features of the industrial design: - the sole of the footwear has a layered structure, it consists of an inner sole 1 and a sole tread 3 surrounded by a sole rim 2, - the sole of the footwear has the same thickness, - the sole rim 2 has a different color than the other elements of the sole, - the sole rim 2 along the fragments: outer and inner sides has a smooth horizontal lamella 4, and side lamellas 5, alternating smooth and porous, - the front fragments (toe) 7 and the rear fragment (heel) 8 of the sole rim 2 have knurling with a "diamond" structure, - the sole tread 3 has a porous structure, and along the longer outer edges it has deep smooth tread lamellas 6. In the central part of the sole tread 3 is made there is a double arched groove along which the inscription "relaks" is placed in the rear part of the sole tread 3.
