Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obuwie domowe, przeznaczone dla kobiet do noszenia w warunkach domowych oraz wewnatrz budynków. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez barwe, cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia obuwie domowe w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia obuwie domowe w drugiej odmianie, fig. 3 przedstawia obuwie domowe w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 przedstawia obuwie domowe w czwartej odmianie, fig. 5 przedstawia obuwie domowe w piatej odmianie, fig. 6 przedstawia obuwie domowe w szóstej odmianie, fig. 7 przedstawia obuwie domowe w siódmej odmianie, fig. 8 przedstawia obuwie domowe w ósmej odmianie, fig. 9 przedstawia obuwie domowe w dziewiatej odmianie, fig. 10 przedstawia obuwie domowe w dziesiatej odmianie. Obuwie domowe, wedlug wzoru ma podeszwe na wysokim obcasie koturnowym w kolorze czarnym. Do podeszwy przylega trwale umocowana wkladka z podpietka o oryginalnym ksztalcie. Wierzch obuwia domowego jest jednoczesciowy, wyprofilowany, zamocowany do podeszwy na wyso- kosci sródstopia. Wierzch obuwia domowego jest zaopatrzony w element ozdobny. Obuwie domowe wedlug wzoru wystepuje w nastepujacych odmianach: 1. Pierwsza odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze bordo, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokardkami w kolorze bordo, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1; 2. Druga odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze fuksji, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony ko- kardkami w kolorze czarnym oraz w kolorze fuksji, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyj- nym fig. 2; 3. Trzecia odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze bezowym, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokardkami w kolorze czarnym i w kolorze bezowym, co pokazano na materiale ilustra- cyjnym fig. 3; 4. Czwarta odmiana - obuwie domowe, w którym wierzch obuwia i wkladka sa w kolorze bordo, zas podpietka w kolorze czarnym, przy czym wierzch obuwia jest ozdobiony kokarda w kolorze bordo, co pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 4; 5. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it in particular by colour, features of lines, contours and shapes. The subject of the design is shown in the attached collective illustration, in which: fig. 1 shows indoor footwear in the first version, fig. 2 shows indoor footwear in the second version, fig. 3 shows indoor footwear in the third version, fig. 4 shows indoor footwear in the fourth version, fig. 5 shows indoor footwear in the fifth version, fig. 6 shows indoor footwear in the sixth version, fig. 7 shows indoor footwear in the seventh version, fig. 8 shows indoor footwear in the eighth version, fig. 9 shows indoor footwear in the ninth version, fig. 10 shows indoor footwear in the tenth version. The home footwear, according to the pattern, has a sole with a high platform heel in black. A permanently attached insert with a heel cushion of an original shape adheres to the sole. The upper of the home footwear is one-piece, profiled, attached to the sole at the height of the metatarsus. The upper of the home footwear is provided with a decorative element. The home footwear according to the pattern comes in the following varieties: 1. The first variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insert are in burgundy, and the heel cushion is in black, and the upper of the footwear is decorated with burgundy bows, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 1; 2. The second variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are fuchsia, and the heel cushion is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with black and fuchsia bows, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 2; 3. The third variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are beige, and the heel cushion is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with black and beige bows, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 3; 4. The fourth variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are burgundy, and the heel cushion is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a burgundy bow, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 4; 5. The fifth variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are black, and the heel cushion is grey, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a black bow, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 5; 6. The sixth variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are red, and the heel cushion is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a red bow, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 6; 7. The seventh variety - home footwear, in which the upper of the footwear and the insole are navy blue, and the heel cushion is black, the upper of the footwear is decorated with a navy blue bow, as shown in the illustrative material fig. 7; 8.
