Według tego opisu wkładka zatrzaskowa ma płytkę zamykającą z dwoma otworami do wprowadzania linki plombowniczej lub sprężystego drutu, prostopadłościennie usytuowaną do niej szufladkę, która w dolnej części ma elastyczny zatrzask, korzystnie w postaci płaskownika, odstający skośnie od bocznej ścianki szufladki, w której dnie są wykonane dwa wycięcia, natomiast pojemnik blokujący ma w torze przesuwu zatrzasku rygiel w postaci zgrubienia usytuowanego w pobliżu wejściowego otworu pojemnika blokującego i ma prowadnicę w postaci liniowego zgrubienia równoległego do bocznej ścianki szufladki, ponadto, dno pojemnika blokującego ma otwór do wyprowadzeń linki plombowniczej lub sprężystego drutu.
