Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wzoru przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia skale termometru z podzialka asymetryczna i wskaznikiem higroskopu z prawej u dolu, fig.2 skale termometru z podzialka jednostronna i wskaznikiem higroskopu z lewej strony, a fig.3 skale termometru z podzialka pelna i wskaznikiem higroskopu na dole poziomo. Skala termometru wedlug wzoru zdobniczego posiadajaca podzialke w stopniach w postaci poziomych równomiernie rozmieszczonych krótszych i dluzszych kresek z oznaczeniem cyfrowym temperatury, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt podluznego paska podzielonego graficznie na prostokatne pola-sekcje, przy czym podzial na pole-sekcje górna i dolna utworzony jest przy pomocy poziomej linii poprowadzonej przez krótsza os symetrii skali, a pola-sekcje lewa i prawa tworzy sie wzgledem podluznej osi symetrii skali.Pierwsza odmiana skali termometru wedlug wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniona na rysunku fig. 1 ma usytuowana asymetrycznie wzdluz dluzszej osi symetrii podzialke, zas prostokatne pole-sekcja w górnej czesci skali przeznaczona jest do naniesienia graficznych elementów np. w postaci " logo " firmy reklamujacej sie za pomoca termometru, zas dolna prawa czesc zawiera pole w ksztalcie prostokata pokryte substancja higroskopijna, zmieniajaca swa barwe w zaleznosci od warunków wilgotnosci powietrza, co pozwala na jednej skali termometru okreslic dwa parametry powietrza, temperature i wilgotnosc To prostokatne pole zmieniajace barwe wraz ze zmiana wilgotnosci powietrza popularnie nazywa sie tutaj "pogodynka". The essence of the design is a new form of design, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a thermometer scale with an asymmetric scale and a hygroscope indicator at the bottom right, Fig. 2 a thermometer scale with a single-sided scale and a hygroscope indicator at the left, and Fig. 3 a thermometer scale with a full scale and a hygroscope indicator at the bottom horizontally. The thermometer scale according to the ornamental pattern, having a degree scale in the form of horizontal, evenly spaced shorter and longer lines with a digital temperature indication, is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of an elongated strip graphically divided into rectangular fields-sections, where the division into the upper and lower fields-sections is created by a horizontal line drawn through the shorter axis of symmetry of the scale, and the left and right fields-sections are created in relation to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the scale. The first variant of the thermometer scale according to the ornamental pattern, shown in Fig. 1, has a scale situated asymmetrically along the longer axis of symmetry, and the rectangular field-section in the upper part of the scale is intended for applying graphic elements, e.g. in the form of a "logo" of the company advertising with the thermometer, while the lower right part contains a field in A rectangular field coated with a hygroscopic substance that changes color depending on air humidity conditions. This allows two air parameters, temperature and humidity, to be determined on a single thermometer scale. This rectangular field, which changes color with changes in air humidity, is popularly called a "weather display." A second type of thermometer scale, based on a decorative pattern, is shown in Figure 2. It has a scale located on one side along the longer axis of the scale's symmetry. The rectangular field—the upper section—is intended for graphic elements, such as a "logo" and company information advertising using this type of thermometer. The lower section has a rectangular field coated with a hygroscopic substance that changes color depending on air humidity conditions. The third type of thermometer scale, based on the decorative pattern, is shown in Figure 3. It has a scale across the entire surface of the scale, and at the bottom, a rectangular field located horizontally below the scale. This field is covered with a hygroscopic substance that changes color depending on air humidity conditions.
