Aparat do mierzenia cisnienia tetniczego krwi Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 25.03.1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest aparat do mierzenia cisnienia tetniczego krwi. Istota wzoru zdobniczego przejawia sie w nowej postaci przedmiotu, polegajacej na jego nowym ksztalcie i wzornictwie górnej, czolowej sciany aparatu. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na fotografiach fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiajacych widok scian górnych dwóch postaci aparatu. Aparat zilustrowany fotografia fig. 1 ma w przyblizeniu postac lezacego prostopadloscianu, którego górna sciana jest jednostronnie nieco pochylona. Sciany boczne aparatu maja nieco krótsze wystepy, które od góry sa obnizone w stosunku do sciany górnej, przy czym obnizenie to maleje w kierunku pochylenia sciany górnej az do zanikniecia. Krawedzie: górna i boczne sciany górnej sa stosunkowo ostre, natomiast krawedzie wystepów scian bocznych i krawedz dolna sciany górnej sa zaokraglone. Naroza dolnej krawedzi sciany górnej sa sciete. W przyblizeniu górna polowe sciany górnej aparatu zajmuje bardzo plytkie wglebienie o ksztalcie prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa wygiete lukowo na zewnatrz. Znaczna czesc wglebienia zajmuje usytuowane niesymetrycznieprostokatne okienko wyswietlacza wyników pomiaru. We wglebieniu, poza okienkiem wyswietlacza, znajduja sie róznego rodzaju napisy i symbole rysunkowe. W dolnej polowie sciany górnej aparatu jest wzdluzne, przesuniete w jedna strone rynienkowe wglebienie, którego krótsze boki sa lukowo wygiete na zewnatrz. We wglebieniu tym umieszczone sa w rzedzie trzy wylaczniki w postaci okraglych guzików, scietych nieco wzdluz cieciwy. Jeden z wylaczników odznacza sie odmiennym kolorem. Na przedluzeniu rynienkowego wglebienia w scianie górnej aparatu sa równolegle wzgledem siebie otwory szczelinowe.' Inna postac aparatu zilustrowanego fotografia fig. 2 ma w przyblizeniu postac lezacego prostopadloscianu, którego górna sciana jest jednostronnie nieco pochylona, a jej krótsze boki sa lukowo wygiete na zewnatrz. Krawedzie : boczne i dolna sciany górnej sa zaokraglone, zaokraglone sa tez ich wspólne naroza. W górnej czesci sciany górnej, na znacznej powierzchni jest bardzo plytkie wglebienie o ksztalcie prostokata z wygietymi na zewnatrz krótszymi bokami. We wglebieniu tym jest usytuowane niesymetrycznie stosunkowo male, prostokatne okienko wyswietlacza. We wglebieniu poza okienkiem wyswietlacza znajduja sie róznego rodzaju napisy i symbole rysunkowe. Ponizej wglebienia, z jednej strony sciany górnej znajduje sie barwny wylacznik majacy ksztalt prostokata, którego krótsze boki sa wygiete lukowo na zewnatrz. Na przedluzeniu wylacznika, po drugiej stronie sciany górnej, sa równolegle wzgledem siebie otwory szczelinowe. PL PL PL PLBlood Pressure Measuring Device The right of registration for the ornamental design has been in effect since March 25, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a device for measuring blood pressure. The essence of the ornamental design is manifested in the new form of the object, consisting of its new shape and the design of the upper, frontal wall of the device. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which show views of the upper walls of two versions of the device. The device illustrated in photograph Fig. 1 has the approximate form of a reclining cuboid, the upper wall of which is slightly inclined on one side. The side walls of the device have slightly shorter projections, which are lowered from the top relative to the upper wall, with this lowering decreasing towards the inclination of the upper wall until it disappears. The edges of the upper and side walls of the upper wall are relatively sharp, while the edges of the side wall projections and the lower edge of the upper wall are rounded. The corners of the lower edge of the upper wall are chamfered. Approximately the upper half of the upper wall of the apparatus is occupied by a very shallow rectangular recess, the shorter sides of which are curved outward. A significant portion of the recess is occupied by an asymmetrically located rectangular window for displaying measurement results. In the recess, besides the display window, various inscriptions and graphic symbols are located. In the lower half of the upper wall of the apparatus is a longitudinal, trough-shaped recess, offset to one side, the shorter sides of which are curved outward. In this recess, three switches in the form of round buttons, slightly cut along the chord, are placed in a row. One switch is distinguished by a different color. In the upper wall of the apparatus, the groove-like recess extends into parallel slit openings. Another form of the apparatus, illustrated in photograph Fig. 2, has the approximate shape of a recumbent cuboid, whose upper wall is slightly inclined on one side, and its shorter sides are curved outward. The lateral and lower edges of the upper wall are rounded, and their common corners are also rounded. In the upper part of the upper wall, over a significant area, there is a very shallow rectangular recess with the shorter sides curved outward. Within this recess, a relatively small, rectangular display window is located asymmetrically. Various inscriptions and graphic symbols are located in the recess outside the display window. Below the recess, on one side of the top wall, is a colored rectangular switch, the shorter sides of which arc outward. Slotted holes extend parallel to the switch on the other side of the top wall.
