Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli o nazwie handlowej VIKI, przeznaczony do umeblowania salonu, pokoju dziennego, jak równiez pokoju mlodziezowego. Zawie- ra on 6 róznych, kompatybilnych ze soba bryl mebli, pokazanych na fotografiach tj.: Fig. 1: Komoda Fig. 2: Pólka mala Fig. 3: Regal niski Fig. 4: Stolik RTV Fig. 5: Szafa Fig. 6: Szafka wiszaca Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie zestaw mebli VIKI, to stylistyka zewnetrzna i wewnetrzna bryl charakterystyczna i wspólna w obrebie wszystkich bryl zestawu, polegajaca na za- stosowaniu szerokich, masywnych zewnetrznych ram wokól bryl mebli. W elementach zestawu stojacych bezposrednio na podlozu tj. W szafce wiszacej - bryle przeznaczonej do zawieszania na scianie tj. Fig. 6 fronty wcinaja sie w rame od dolu, tworzac kontrast do elementów stojacych na podlozu oraz brak jest górnego blatu nad rama mebla. Pólka wi- szaca, Fig. 2 mimo swojej prostej budowy nawiazuje do reszty elementów poprzez zastosowanie rów- nie szerokiej listwy imitujacej fragment ramy, idealnie nawiazujacej do ram zewnetrznych pozostalych bryl. Fronty które wchodza w ramy, niejako je przecinajac, wykonywane sa w innym, najczesciej kon- trastowym kolorze. Pozostale fronty sa koloru korpusów mebli. Kolejna istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie Zestaw mebli Viki jest uklad wnetrza elementów zestawu, który bazuje na ich niepelnym zamknieciu przez fronty i pozostawieniu otwartych pólek i przegród widocznych bez otwierania frontów. Wyjatkiem jest szafa Fig. 5 która w zwiazku ze swoim charakterem i przeznaczeniem w calosci jest zamykana. It contains six different, compatible furniture units, shown in the photographs, i.e.: Fig. 1: Chest of drawers Fig. 2: Small shelf Fig. 3: Low bookcase Fig. 4: TV stand Fig. 5: Wardrobe Fig. 6: Wall-mounted cabinet Essential features of the industrial design called the VIKI furniture set include the characteristic external and internal styling of the units, common to all units in the set, consisting of wide, massive external frames around the units. In the elements of the set standing directly on the floor, i.e., Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, the fronts are cut into the outer frames from the top, and the upper part of the furniture has an additional top plate covering the frame and the front that fits into it. An exception is the wardrobe in Fig. 5, which, despite being in direct contact with the floor, does not have a top plate covering the outer frame of the furniture, and because it has a double row of fronts, the fronts do not intersect the frame from the top. In the wall-mounted cabinet—a unit intended for wall hanging, i.e., Fig. 6—the fronts cut into the frame from below, creating a contrast to the elements standing on the floor, and there is no top plate above the furniture frame. Despite its simple design, the hanging shelf, Fig. 2, references the other elements through the use of an equally wide strip imitating a fragment of a frame, perfectly matching the external frames of the other pieces. The fronts that fit into the frames, as if intersecting them, are finished in a different, usually contrasting, color. The remaining fronts are the same color as the furniture bodies. Another significant feature of the industrial design called the Viki Furniture Set is the interior layout of the set's elements, which is based on their incomplete closure by the fronts, leaving open shelves and partitions visible without opening the fronts. An exception is the wardrobe, Fig. 5, which, due to its nature and purpose, is fully closed.
