Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka w postaci klocka, którego odpowiednio roz- budowana odmiana przedstawia stylizowana postac ludzika, którego czesci konczyn i glowa sa ru- chome. Zabawka ta przeznaczona jest dla dzieci. Wzór i jego odmiana sa kompatybilne z innymi kloc- kami, dzieki wykonanym w nich elementom zaczepowo-zaciskowym, umozliwiajacym laczenie ze soba poszczególnych zabawek - klocków. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracjach fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c i fig. 1d, natomiast na ilustracjach fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b i fig. 2c oraz fig. 3, fig. 3a, fig. 3b i fig. 3c - przedstawiono odmiane wzoru, przy czym pierwsza grupa rysunków ilustruje odmiane wzoru w ukladzie rozsunietym, natomiast druga grupa rysunków przedstawia odmiane po polaczeniu po- szczególnych elementów. This toy is intended for children. The design and its version are compatible with other building blocks thanks to the built-in hook-and-loop elements, which allow individual toy blocks to be connected together. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c and Fig. 1d, while illustrations Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b and Fig. 2c as well as Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b and Fig. 3c - present a variation of the design, wherein the first group of drawings illustrates the variation of the design in an expanded arrangement, while the second group of drawings shows the variation after combining the individual elements. Whereas in the illustrations fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 the toy and its variant are shown in a perspective view slightly from the side and from above, in the illustration fig. 1a the design is shown in a view obliquely from below, in the illustrations fig. 1b, fig. 2a and fig. 3a the design and its variant are shown in a front view, in the illustrations fig. 1c, fig. 2b and fig. 3b the design and its variant are shown in a side view, while in the other illustrations, i.e. in drawings fig. 1d, fig. 2c and fig. 3c the design and its variant are shown in a side view, while in the other illustrations, i.e. in drawings fig. 1d, fig. 2c and fig. 3c the toy and its variant are shown in a back view. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) a toy in the form of a block - fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, fig. 1c and fig. 1d, 2) an extended variety of the block representing a stylized figure of a human - fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 2c and fig. 3, fig. 3a, fig. 3b and fig. 3c. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c and Fig. 1d - a toy in the form of a block - is that: - it constitutes a sort of cuboid, the two parallel side walls of which are almost square, the upper base is rectangular, while the lower base has been removed, just as one of the rectangular sides of this cuboid has been removed; - in both parallel side walls, which are almost square, small, round holes have been made; - the described holes are intended for mounting axes derived from the sides of a half-cylinder, which is placed in the described element, wherein this half-cylinder is partially hollowed out inside and has several compartments inside, and on its outer surface it has a horizontal strip shaped in the lowest part, which is slightly narrower in the middle and slightly wider at the edges; - the cuboid described at the beginning is adjoined by a higher cuboid, the outline of which is slightly smaller and whose upper base has also been removed. The essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b and Fig. 2c and Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b and Fig. 3c - an extended variant of the block representing a stylized human figure - is that: - the block shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, Fig. 1c and Fig. 1d - with the essential features described above, has been combined with subsequent elements that - imitate individual parts of the human figure, i.e. the torso, connected to the head, and through the hip joint - to the legs, with arms extending from the shoulders, with the following features shown in the drawings: - in the head of the toy there is a clearly visible The nose is exposed, and the eyes are set in clearly modeled eye sockets; - the figurine's shoulders are strongly exposed, and the upper part of the figure's chest is essentially a cuboid with slightly softened edges and slightly rounded corners; - the figurine's hands are successively connected rings, while - the figurine's tall legs are shaped like solid blocks with slightly rounded vertical edges, which are set on flat cuboids, in which only the lateral edges are rounded.
