The essence and originality of the industrial design lies in the shape of the cookie and the formation of its surface. The industrial design applied for protection is presented in the attached collective illustrations, Figs. 1 and 1a, while Figs. 2, 2a, 3, and 3a present variants of the industrial design. List of variants of the industrial design: I. Little person with buttons, eyes, nose, and mouth - Figs. 1 and 1a, II. Little person with eyes, nose, and mouth - Figs. 2 and 2a, III. Little person without buttons, eyes, and nose - Figs. 3 and 3a. The cookies covered by industrial design figures 1, 1a, 2, 2a, 3, and 3a are characterized by the fact that all cookie varieties have a shape similar to a human figure—they have two arms, two legs, and a head. The limbs are rounded. The bottom of the cookie is flattened, and the edges are slightly rounded. The cookie marked in figures 1 and 1a has recesses on the human's torso, which serve as buttons. On the head, it has two recesses, which serve as eyes. The human also has a mouth and a nose, which are made in the center of the cookie in the form of a small recess. The cookie variety shown in figures 2 and 2a is characterized by the lack of recesses on the torso. It contains two recesses on the head, which constitute the eyes, and also has a mouth and a nose, which is a small recess in the center of the cookie. However, the cookie variation shown in Figs. 3 and 3a does not contain any recesses on the torso and head.
