Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka zabawkowo-reklamowa imitujaca w sposób fantazyjny bakterie, wirusy, itp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie fan- tazyjnej postaci i ukladzie linii, które nadaja maskotce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do pod- niesienia cech estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia maskotke w widoku ogólnym z podniesionymi lapkami, w kolorze niebieskim, Fig. 2 przedstawia ma- skotke w widoku ogólnym z opuszczonymi lapkami ku dolowi w kolorze niebieskim, Fig. 3 przedstawia maskotke w widoku ogólnym z podniesiona jedna lapka, a druga opuszczona ku dolowi w kolorze pomaranczowym, Fig. 4 przedstawia maskotke w widoku ogólnym z podniesionymi lapkami, w kolorze pomaranczowym. Maskotka zabawkowo-reklamowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zarys tulowia o oblym ksztalcie przechodzacym bezposrednio w glówke o owalnym zarysie w górnej czesci, a z boku glówki wystaja poziomo usytuowane dosc wyraziste uszy. W górnym obszarze zakonczenia tulowia usytuowane sa lapki rozszerzajace sie wyraznie w swojej grubosci w kierunku krótkich palców, natomiast dolna czesc tulowia zakonczona jest stylizowanymi, krótkimi stopkami. W obszarze dolnej czesci tulowia maskotka ma fantazyjny zarys pepka w postaci „x" w kolorze czarnym. Glówka ma liniowy i dosc dlugi zarys ust w kolorze czarnym z wystajacymi, ostro zakonczonymi zabkami w kolorze bialym. Powyzej linii ust jest okragly zarys czubka nosa w kolorze czarnym oraz okragly ksztalt oczu o bialym kolorze z czarna kropka, a takze lukowo zarysowane brwi w kolorze czarnym. Czubek glówki ma dwa krótkie sznurecz- ki zakonczone supelkami, gdzie sznureczki maja kolor taki sam jak tulów maskotki. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mascot in a general view with raised paws, in blue, Fig. 2 shows the mascot in a general view with lowered paws downwards, in blue, Fig. 3 shows the mascot in a general view with one paw raised and the other lowered downwards, in orange, Fig. 4 shows the mascot in a general view with raised paws, in orange. The toy and advertising mascot is characterized by the fact that it has a rounded body shape that goes directly into a head with an oval shape in the upper part, and from the side of the head protrude horizontally located quite expressive ears. In the upper area of the torso ending there are paws that widen in their thickness clearly towards short fingers, while the lower part of the torso ends with stylized, short feet. In the lower part of the torso, the mascot has a fancy outline of a navel in the form of an "x" in black. The head has a linear and quite long outline of the mouth in black with protruding, sharply ended teeth in white. Above the line of the mouth, there is a round outline of the tip of the nose in black and a round shape of the eyes in white with a black dot, as well as arched eyebrows in black. The top of the head has two short strings finished with knots, where the strings have the same color as the mascot's torso.
