Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maskotka zabawkowo-reklamowa imitujaca w sposób fantazyjny bakterie, wirusy, itp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie fan- tazyjnej postaci i ukladzie linii, które nadaja maskotce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad zmierzajacy do pod- niesienia cech estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia maskotke w widoku ogólnym, a Fig. 2 przedstawia maskotke w widoku z boku. Maskotka zabawkowo-reklamowa charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma zarys tulowia o oblym ksztalcie przechodzacym nieznacznie glebokim wcieciem w glówke o nieregularnie oblym zarysie. W górnej czesci glówki wystaja szerokie, dosc wyraziste uszy. W górnym obszarze zakonczenia tulowia usytu- owane sa lapki rozszerzajace sie wyraznie w swojej grubosci w kierunku krótkich palców, natomiast dolna czesc tulowia zakonczona jest stylizowanymi, krótkimi stopkami. W obszarze srodkowej czesci tulowia maskotka ma fantazyjny zarys pepka w postaci „x" w kolorze czarnym. Glówka ma dosc dlugi zarys ust w postaci pasma w kolorze bezowym. W poblizu zakonczenia ust widoczne sa zabki w kolo- rze bialym. Powyzej linii ust jest okragly zarys czubka nosa w kolorze czarnym oraz okragly ksztalt oczu o bialym kolorze z czarna kropka. Obustronnie, w dolnej czesci tulowia maskotki zawieszone sa pary krótkich sznureczków zakonczonych supelkami. Maskotka ma tulów i stopki w kolorze czerwo- nym, a lapki maskotki maja kolor rózowy. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the mascot in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the mascot in a side view. The toy and advertising mascot is characterized by the fact that it has a rounded torso outline that passes slightly through a deep indentation into a head with an irregularly rounded outline. In the upper part of the head, wide, quite expressive ears protrude. In the upper part of the torso there are paws which clearly widen in thickness towards the short fingers, while the lower part of the torso ends with stylized, short feet. In the area of the middle part of the torso, the mascot has a fancy outline of a navel in the form of a black "x". The head has a fairly long outline of the mouth in the form of a beige strip. White teeth are visible near the end of the mouth. Above the line of the mouth, there is a round outline of the tip of the nose in black and a round shape of the eyes in white with a black dot. On both sides, in the lower part of the torso of the mascot, pairs of short strings with knots are suspended. The mascot has a red torso and feet, and the paws of the mascot are pink.
