Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz w oryginalnym zestawieniu poszczególnych segmentów tworzacych przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, które nadaja tablicy swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia walorów estetycznych, przez co segmentowa tablica uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Segmentowa tablica wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczona jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej i moze byc wykonana z dowolnego tworzywa sztucznego, metalu, stopu metalowego lub ich polaczeniu w dostepnych barwach. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and original arrangement of the individual segments that make up the industrial design. These segmented signs give the sign a unique character, enhancing its aesthetic value. This gives the segmented sign favorable distinctive and functional characteristics. The segmented sign according to the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production and can be made of any plastic, metal, metal alloy, or combination thereof, in available colors. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a general axonometric rear view of the sign, and Fig. 2 shows the back view of the sign with the segments extended. The essential features of the industrial design: The new form of the segmented board is characterized by its being formed by any number of horizontally and vertically arranged rectangular segments forming a checkerboard pattern. Each rectangular segment is connected to adjacent segments by the curved outer edges of these segments. The horizontal upper edges of all the rectangular segments are shaped like a channel, pointing downward toward the back of the board, while the horizontal outer edges of the lower segments are shaped like a channel, pointing upward toward the back of the board. The horizontal lower edges of the inner segments are double-bent at a right angle downward, so that the fold lines are parallel to the horizontal upper edges of the channel-shaped segments. The left-hand vertical edges of all rectangular segments in the set have a C-shaped profile facing outward toward the back of the board, and only the right-hand outer vertical edges of the last segments in the vertical board set have a C-shaped profile facing outward toward the back of the board.
