Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest rama przeznaczona do wykorzystania zwlaszcza w skrzydlach drzwiowych lub frontach meblowych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wytworu, odznaczajaca sie indywidualnym charakterem, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w nowym ksztalcie ramy, a zwlaszcza nowym ksztalcie i ukladzie linii laczenia profili tworzacych rame. Rame wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracjach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia rysunek ramy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia rysunek ramy w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia rysunek ramy w widoku z góry. Rama wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokatny i sklada sie z dwóch par profili - pionowych i poziomych, dopasowanych wzajemnie ksztaltem i wymiarem w ten sposób, ze ich laczenie tworzy linie lamana, biegnaca od wewnetrznego naroznika ramy poczatkowo skosnie w kierunku zewnetrznej krawedzi profilu pionowego ramy, a nastepnie zalamuje sie i biegnie pionowo az do zewnetrznej krawedzi profilu poziomego ramy. The essence of the design is a new form of the product, distinguished by its individual character, manifested in particular in the new shape of the frame, and especially the new shape and arrangement of the connecting lines of the profiles forming the frame. The frame according to the design is shown in the illustrations, where Fig. 1 shows the frame from the front, Fig. 2 shows the frame from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the frame from the top. According to the pattern, the frame has a rectangular shape and consists of two pairs of profiles - vertical and horizontal, matched in shape and dimensions in such a way that their connection creates a broken line running from the inner corner of the frame initially diagonally towards the outer edge of the vertical profile of the frame, and then breaking and running vertically up to the outer edge of the horizontal profile of the frame.
