Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etui na próbki perfum. Dotychczas próbki byly prezentowane w róznych pudelkach i zasobnikach. Etui na próbki perfum posiada oryginalne ornamenty na zewnetrznej powierzchni i na fiolkach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok zamknietego etui w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 2 - widok otwartego etui w odmianie pierwszej, fig. 3 - widok zamknietego etui w odmianie drugiej, a fig. 4 - widok otwartego etui w odmianie drugiej. Cechy istotne etui na próbki perfum to charakterystyczne wzory na zewnetrznej powierzchni i na próbkach perfum. Etui na próbki perfum ma postac zlozonej okladki z zamkiem blyskawicznym umieszczonym na obwodzie. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni po lewej stronie znajduje sie lukowate przeszycie, a w dolnym prawym rogu wytloczony znak skladajacy sie z litery L, obok której miesci sie element graficzny w postaci niedomknietego okregu, z odchodzaca na zewnetrz w kierunku litery L fantazyjnie zakreco- na linia. Pomiedzy litera L a niedomknietym okregiem znajduje sie rysunek kola. Ponizej wytloczony jest napis LOU PRE zapisany charakterystyczna czcionka, w którym litere „o" tworzy element graficz- ny w postaci niedomknietego okregu z odchodzaca na zewnatrz fantazyjnie zakrecona linia. Pomiedzy slowami LOU i PRE znajduje sie rysunek kola. W odmianie pierwszej po rozlozeniu etui posiada po obu stronach po dwa rzedy fiolek umiesz- czone w petlach przymocowanych do okladki. W odmianie drugiej etui posiada po jednej stronie dwa rzedy fiolek. Fiolki umieszczone sa w petlach wykonanych z tasmy elastycznego materialu. W odmia- nie pierwszej etui posiada na grzbiecie klips umozliwiajacy umieszczenie w nim dziurkowanych pla- skich przedmiotów, takich jak foldery obwoluty, kartki papieru. Fiolki posiadaja róznokolorowe bande- role, na których umieszczone sa oznaczenia w postaci litery L, obok której miesci sie element graficz- ny w postaci niedomknietego okregu, z odchodzaca na zewnatrz w kierunku litery L fantazyjnie zakre- cona linia. Pomiedzy litera L a niedomknietym okregiem znajduje sie rysunek kola. So far, the samples have been presented in various boxes and containers. The perfume sample case has original ornaments on the outer surface and on the vials. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the closed case in the first version, Fig. 2 - a view of the open case in the first version, Fig. 3 - a view of the closed case in the second version, and Fig. 4 - a view of the open case in the second version. The essential features of the perfume sample case are the characteristic patterns on the outer surface and on the perfume samples. The perfume sample case has the form of a folded cover with a zip fastener placed around the perimeter. On the outer surface on the left side there is an arcuate stitching, and in the lower right corner there is an embossed sign consisting of the letter L, next to which there is a graphic element in the form of an open circle, with a fancifully curled line extending outwards towards the letter L. Between the letter L and the open circle there is a drawing of a circle. Below, the inscription LOU PRE is embossed in a characteristic font, in which the letter "o" is created by a graphic element in the form of an open circle with a fancifully curled line extending outwards. Between the words LOU and PRE there is a drawing of a circle. In the first version, after unfolding, the case has two rows of vials on both sides placed in loops attached to the cover. In the second version, the case has two rows of vials on one side. The vials are placed in loops made of a strip of elastic material. In the first version, the case has a clip on the spine that allows for placing perforated flat objects in it, such as folders, jackets, sheets of paper. The vials have multi-coloured bands, on which there are markings in the form of the letter L, next to which there is a graphic element in the form of an open circle, with a fancifully curled line extending outwards towards the letter L. Between the letter L and the open circle there is a drawing of a circle.
