Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest futeral do przechowywania i prezentowania zestawów próbek, zwlaszcza zapachowych, takich jak perfumy, wody kolonskie i olejki eteryczne. Futeral wystepuje w dwóch odmianach: duzej i malej. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajacego sie w ksztalcie i rozmieszczeniu elementów. Wzór ma postac futeralu zlozonego z zawiasowo polaczonych dwóch plaskich czesci. Z trzech stron jest obszyty zamkiem blyskawicznym, umozliwiajacym calkowite jego zamkniecie. Fig. 1/1 ukazuje wnetrze I odmiany wzoru przemyslowego w postaci duzego zestawu, w którym umocowane sa w dwóch rzedach, na kazdej stronie, dwie elastyczne tasmy zamocowane w taki sposób, iz tworza one uchwyty dla cylindrycznych pojemników. Zgodnie z Fig. 1/3, wewnatrz, po jednej stronie, pomiedzy rzedami elastycznych tasm, wszyty jest fragment tasmy tworzacy uchwyt na dlugopis, a ponadto na zgieciu, znajduje sie metalowy uchwyt, zamek ringowy, do którego mocuje sie dodatkowa wkladke. Wkladka ma ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych rogach. Z obu stron zamocowane sa, w dwóch rzedach, dwie elastyczne tasmy, w taki sposób, ze tworza one uchwyty dla cylindrycznych pojemników z próbkami. Przy jednej z dluzszych krawedzi znajduja sie dwa pierscienie, które sluza do mocowania wkladki na zamku ringowym, który znajduje sie w I odmianie wzoru przemyslowego. Natomiast Fig. 1/2 przedstawia II odmiane wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zlozonej, tj. po zapieciu zamka blyskawicznego. Fig. 2/1 oraz 2/3 ukazuje wnetrze II odmiany wzoru przemyslowego w postaci malego zestawu, wewnatrz którego jest zamocowana, z jednej strony, jedna tasma, która jest zamocowana tak, ze tworzy uchwyt dla cylindrycznych pojemników z próbkami. Natomiast Fig. 2/2 przedstawia II odmiane wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zlozonej, tj. po zapieciu zamka blyskawicznego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze posiada ornament w postaci logo FM GROUP odcisnietego na jego zewnetrznej czesci. The case comes in two varieties: large and small. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of elements. The design is a case composed of two flat parts hinged together. It is trimmed on three sides with a zipper, allowing it to be completely closed. Fig. 1/1 shows the interior of version I of the industrial design in the form of a large set, in which two elastic bands are attached in two rows on each side to form handles for the cylindrical containers. As shown in Fig. 1/3, on one side, between rows of elastic bands, a piece of tape is sewn inside, creating a pen holder. Furthermore, at the fold, there is a metal handle, a ring lock, to which an additional insert is attached. The insert is rectangular in shape with rounded corners. On both sides, two rows of elastic bands are attached, creating holders for cylindrical sample containers. On one of the longer edges, there are two rings used to secure the insert to the ring lock, which is found in version I of the industrial design. Meanwhile, Fig. 1/2 shows version II of the industrial design in its folded form, i.e., after the zipper is fastened. Fig. 2/1 and 2/3 show the interior of the second variant of the industrial design in the form of a small set, inside which is attached, on one side, a single tape, which is attached so as to create a handle for cylindrical containers with samples. Fig. 2/2, on the other hand, shows the second variant of the industrial design in a folded form, i.e. after fastening the zipper. Essential features of the industrial design: An essential feature of the industrial design is that it has an ornament in the form of the FM GROUP logo impressed on its external part.
