Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest twardy stop, powstajacy przez spiekanie skladni¬ ków, nadajacy sie do wyrobu narzedzi i nozy roboczych wszelkiego rodzaju i skla¬ dajacy sie z azotku oraz borku lub krzem¬ ku, uzytych zosobna lub razem, przyczem zamiast jednego azotku moze byc uzytych kilka azotków, a zamiast jednego borku, czy tez krzemku, kilka borków, czy tez krzem¬ ków, a zawartosc azotku wynosi mniej jak 50%. Jako azotki, borki i krzemki stosuje sie przedewszystkiem zwiazki metali: wol¬ framu, molibdenu, tytanu, tantalu, cyrkonu, wanadu, niobu, toru i glinu. Doswiadczenia wykazaly, ze jest dobrze dodac do powyz¬ szych stopów metalu pomocniczego, topia¬ cego sie w stosunkowo niskiej temperatu¬ rze, jak np. niklu, chromu, kobaltu lub ze¬ laza, wzietych zosobna lub razem, w ilosci cokolwiek mniejszej, niz 25%, gdyz w ten sposób powieksza sie ciagliwosc, a z dru¬ giej strony, spiekanie zostaje ulatwione, np. dzieki obnizeniu temperatury spieka¬ nia. Spiekanie moze odbywac sie przytem zarówno po stlaczaniu pierwotnej miesza¬ niny, jak i podczas stlaczania. Azeby w czasie mielenia i mieszania materjalów wyjsciowych z cala pewnoscia zapobiec reakcjom chemicznym, które moglyby powstac przy zastosowaniu wody do pló- kania (szlamowania), nalezy do plókania uzywac plynu nieutleniajacego i parujacego w niskiej temperaturze bez rozkladania sie, np. chlorku metylenu.Jako przyklady stopów, bedacych przedmiotem wynalazku, podaje sie stopy nastepujace: -., L 34% azotku tytanu, 60% borku tytanu, 6% niklu; II. 12% azotku wanadu, 78% borku tantalu, 10% niklu; III. 14% azotku tytanu, 70% borku tytanu, 8% krzemku tytanu, 8% kobaltu; IV. 65% azotku tytanu, 27% krzemku tytanu, 8% niklu.Stopy wedlug wynalazku wyrózniaja sie bardzo duza twardoscia i wytrzymaloscia na scieranie. Nadaja sie zarówno do wyro¬ bu narzedzi do zdzierania wiórów, jak i na oselki, a takze jako materjal na matry¬ ce do tloczenia na goraco oraz na inne przedmioty, narazone na wysokie cisnienie i temperature.Dodatnie wlasnosci tych stopów nie ulegaja zmianie, gdy dodaje sie do nich trudnotopliwych weglików, np. wegliku wolframu, tytanu, tantalu i t. d., wzietych zosobna lub razem, w ilosci okolo 20%. Spiekany twardy stop metalowy, znamienny tern, ze sklada sie z azotku i równoczesnie borku albo krzemku, przy- czem jako azotek, borek lub krzemek sto¬ suje sie przedewszystkiem zwiazki z azo¬ tem, borem i krzemem wolframu, molibde¬ nu, tytanu, tantalu, cyrkonu, wanadu, nio¬ bu, toru i glinu.
- 2. Twardy stop metalowy wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tern, ze zawiera mniej niz 20% trudnotopliwego weglika, np. we¬ glika wolframu, tytanu, tantalu.
