Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nosnik reklamowo-informacyjny, na którym material reklamowy i/lub informacyjny nanoszony jest w postaci nadruku lub naklejek. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawia wzór w pozycjach plaskich z zamknietym oknem, w widoku od strony czolowej, fig. 3 i fig. 4 - wzór w pozycji przestrzennej z otwartym oknem, w widoku od strony czolowej, fig. 5 - wzór z zamknietym oknem z odchylona karta, w widoku z boku, fig. 6 i fig. 7 - wzór z otwartym oknem z odchylona karta, w widoku z boku, fig. 8 - wzór z otwartym oknem z odchylona karta, w widoku z dolu, fig. 9 - wzór z zamknietym oknem z otwarta karta, w widoku od strony karty, fig. 10 - siatke geometryczna szablonu wzoru. Nosnik reklamowo-informacyjny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonany jest wedlug szablonu przedstawionego na fig. 10 i sklada sie z ramki z oknem zaopatrzonym w kartoniki imitujace zaluzje oraz zlozonej podwójnej karty polaczonej wahliwie z tymi kartonikami. Przesuwanie ramki i/lub karty wzgledem siebie powoduje otwieranie i zamykanie okna przez kartoniki zaluzji, co przedstawiono na fig. 3 do 8. Nosnik w pozycji plaskiej wyjsciowej z zamknietym oknem przedstawiony jest na fig. 1. Maksymalne przesuniecie ramki wzgledem karty powoduje zamkniecie okna, co przedstawiono na fig. 2. W pozycjach przejsciowych pomiedzy pozycja wyjsciowa plaska z zamknietym oknem przedstawiona na fig. 1, a pozycja koncowa plaska z zamknietym oknem, przedstawiona na fig. 2, nosnik przyjmuje forme przestrzenna z otwartym oknem, najpierw czesciowo a nastepnie calkowicie i znów czesciowo. Powrót do pozycji wyjsciowej nastepuje przez przesuniecie ramki i/lub karty w przeciwna strone. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja go sposród innych wzorów, jest jego ksztalt nadany przez ramke z oknem zaopatrzonym w kartoniki imitujace zaluzje oraz podwójnie zlozona karte polaczona wahliwie z kartonikami zaluzji tak, ze przesuwanie ramki i/lub karty wzgledem siebie powoduje otwieranie i zamykanie okna przez kartoniki zaluzji. The subject of the design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show the design in flat positions with a closed window, viewed from the front side; Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 - the design in a three-dimensional position with an open window, viewed from the front side; Fig. 5 - the design with a closed window with a tilted card, viewed from the side; Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 - the design with an open window with a tilted card, viewed from the side; Fig. 8 - the design with an open window with a tilted card, viewed from the bottom; Fig. 9 - the design with a closed window with an open card, viewed from the card side; Fig. 10 - the geometric grid of the design template. An advertising and information medium, based on an industrial design, is made according to the template shown in Fig. 10 and consists of a frame with a window fitted with boxes imitating blinds and a folded double card pivotally connected to these boxes. Moving the frame and/or card relative to each other causes the blind boxes to open and close the window, as shown in Figs. 3 to 8. The medium in its initial flat position with the window closed is shown in Fig. 1. Maximum movement of the frame relative to the card causes the window to close, as shown in Fig. 2. In transitional positions between the initial flat position with the window closed, shown in Fig. 1, and the final flat position with the window closed, shown in Fig. 2, the medium assumes a three-dimensional form with the window open, first partially, then completely, and then partially again. Returning to the starting position is accomplished by moving the frame and/or card in the opposite direction. The essential features of this industrial design that distinguish it from other designs are its shape, created by a frame with a window fitted with blind-like cardboard inserts, and a double-folded card pivotally connected to the blind inserts so that moving the frame and/or card relative to each other causes the blind inserts to open and close the window. Another essential feature of the design is the shape of the geometric grid of the template upon which the design is made.
