Abstract

The present invention relates to an installation for practising whitewater activities, characterized in that it comprises in combination at least one floating structure (10) possessing means defining a flow channel (20) forming a section of river of artificial whitewater, and, on the one hand, means (30) for supplying water to one end of said flow channel and, on the other, means (40) for controlling the flow to the other end of said channel, said flow supply means and control means being designed to define a current of whitewater.
