Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac oprawy oswietleniowej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i nadajaca jej indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy ja wsród innych opraw oswietleniowych tego typu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia oprawe w rzucie aksonometrycznym od przodu, a fig. 2 oprawe w rzucie aksonometrycznym od strony przylaczonych przewodów elektrycznych. Oprawa oswietleniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z korpusu wykonanego z meta- lowego plaskownika, przy czym plaskownik ten ma na swojej szerokosci wzdluzne prostoliniowe wy- ciecie. W wycieciu tym umieszczony jest pusty wewnatrz, elastyczny element, którego kazda z bocz- nych krawedzi ma po jednym wzdluznym rowku, przy czym wymiar wysokosci rowka dostosowany jest do grubosci plaskownika. Wewnatrz elastycznego elementu umieszczona jest listwa z diodami elektro- luminescencyjnymi stanowiacymi zródlo swiatla. Z jednej strony do listwy z diodami przylaczone sa przewody elektryczne doprowadzajace do niej prad elektryczny. Elastyczny element moze miec do- wolnie wybrany kolor. Oprawa oswietleniowa moze byc mocowana do podloza albo za pomoca tasmy dwustronnie klejacej albo za pomoca wkretów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze korpus jest wykonany z plaskownika zaopatrzonego w elastyczny element umieszczony w wzdluz- nym prostoliniowym wycieciu w plaskowniku, a wewnatrz elastycznego elementu umieszczona jest listwa z diodami elektroluminescencyjnymi jako zródlami swiatla. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the lighting fixture, manifested in its shape and giving it a unique character that distinguishes it from other lighting fixtures of this type. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the fixture in an axonometric view from the front, and Fig. 2 shows the fixture in an axonometric view from the side of the connected electrical cables. The lighting fixture, according to the industrial design, consists of a body made of a metal flat bar, with the flat bar having a longitudinal, rectilinear cutout along its width. Within this cutout is a hollow, flexible element, each of whose side edges has a single longitudinal groove, with the groove height adjusted to the thickness of the flat bar. Inside the flexible element is a strip with light-emitting diodes serving as a light source. On one side, electrical wires supplying electricity to the strip are connected to the diodes. The flexible element can be any color. The luminaire can be mounted to the surface using double-sided adhesive tape or screws. The essential features of the industrial design are that the body is made of a flat bar equipped with a flexible element placed in a longitudinal, rectilinear cutout in the flat bar, and inside the flexible element is a strip with light-emitting diodes serving as light sources.
