Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest blacha faldowa, trapezowa o zoptymalizowanym ksztalcie. Blachy faldowe, trapezowe sa szeroko stosowane we wspólczesnym budownictwie obiektów przemyslowych, mieszkaniowych, komunalnych i innych. Profil scienny i dachowy blachy wedlug wzoru stanowia wzajemne lustrzane odbicie. Blacha posiada opracowany nowy ksztalt krawedzi arkusza blachy (overlapping) co zapewnia poprawnosc, latwosc montazu oraz wysoka estetyke powierzchni pokrytych ta blacha. Blacha wedlug wzoru poza wymienionymi juz cechami posiada wysokie walory estetyczne. UP RP PL Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a corrugated, trapezoidal sheet with an optimized shape. Corrugated and trapezoidal sheets are widely used in modern construction of industrial, residential, municipal and other facilities. Due to its functional reasons and appropriate shape, corrugated sheet metal according to a pattern can act as a protective and load-bearing element. Trapezoidal steel sheets according to the pattern can be used as roof, wall and ceiling elements in more complex building structures. Trapezoidal sheet TR50 in a positive version, i.e. a wall profile and a negative version, a roof profile, is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sheet in cross-section, where Fig. 1a shows a sheet in the wall version (positive), and Fig. 1b shows sheet metal in the roof version (negative). The drawing Fig. 2 shows the sheet metal in a perspective view, while Fig. 2a shows the sheet metal in the wall version (positive) in a perspective projection, and Fig. 2b shows the sheet metal in the roof version (negative) in a perspective projection. Corrugated, trapezoidal sheet metal according to the pattern is characterized by the fact that it is asymmetrical with various sizes of trapezoids. The sizes of the lower and upper trapezoidal sheet metal embossing according to the pattern have different widths. The sheet metal segment consists of two trapezoids with different lengths of their shorter bases. In the cross-section of the wall version of the sheet, single, triangular embossments are visible in the middle of both shorter bases of the trapezoid. The roof version of this type of sheet is a mirror image of the wall sheet. The wall and roof profiles of the sheet metal according to the pattern are mirror images of each other. The sheet has a new shape of the edge of the sheet (overlapping), which ensures correctness, ease of installation and high aesthetics of the surfaces covered with this sheet. In addition to the features already mentioned, sheet metal according to the pattern has high aesthetic values. It can be used in a "positive" arrangement as a wall sheet and its mirror image, as a "negative" as a roof sheet in various required colors. An important feature of the industrial design is the shape of the folds and embossments, as shown in the attached illustrations of the design.
