These droplets very often stick together to form relatively large conglomerates which must then be ground, which again gives rise to large amounts of dust which must be screened out from the grains. This dust causes production losses. The method according to the present invention is devoid of the manufacturing drawbacks mentioned above. It consists in prohibiting the dust from the splashed droplets from the surface, which produces a coating that is sufficiently resistant in terms of mechanical strength. When properly pressed hot solution is cooled in any way to a temperature, lying a few degrees above at a lower crystallization temperature, and then with a feeder, secured against heat exchange with the environment, it is led to a splashing device. At the splash device there is a device which provides the sprayed droplets with dust of a substance capable of initiating crystallization. This dust is used to inoculate the surface of falling droplets with the crystal. It is also possible to add directly to the splashed substance a certain part of the output, containing finely ground substances, capable of initiating crystallization in the mass of the droplets. This additive facilitates the process of crystallization of the droplet, the surface of which was simultaneously seeded with dust suspended in the environment of the droplet. The dust-containing environment takes away from the solidifying surfaces, after seeding the liquid droplets with crystals, a part of the heat of crystallization, whereby the crystallization process is significantly accelerated. This process goes so far from the surface that such a droplet, falling to the bottom of the granulation chamber, no longer has a tendency to stick to neighboring ones, even though the nucleus may not have completely solidified.
