Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest konfekcjonowany produkt wedliniarski, zwlaszcza szynka. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów ozdob- nych, imitujacych ksztalt owada zwanego „biedronka" i jego elementów skladowych, wykonanego w masie produktu wedliniarskiego i kontrastujacych jego kolorów, z kolorem okraglego tla tego produktu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 - fig. 3, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania konfekcjonowanego produktu wedliniarskiego, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - pierwsza odmiane tego produktu lecz w jego przekroju pionowym oraz widoku perspektywicznym, w ujeciu od jego przekrojonego czola, fig. 1 - druga odmiane wykonania konfekcjonowanego produktu wedliniarskiego, w widoku perspektywicz- nym, a fig. 3 - druga odmiane tego produktu lecz w jego przekroju pionowym oraz w widoku perspek- tywicznym, w ujeciu od jego przekrojonego czola. Wszystkie odmiany konfekcjonowanego produktu wedliniarskiego pokazane na materiale ilu- stracyjnym fig. 1 - 3 maja ksztalt bryly o profilu zblizonym do walca, zakonczonego z obu stron ele- mentem o profilu zblizonym do czaszy kulistej, przy czym bryla tego produktu umieszczona jest w przylegajacej do jej zewnetrznej powierzchni walcowej oslonce tworzywowej, której konce zamknie- te sa klipsami. Jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 oslonka tworzywowa produktu wedli- niarskiego ma kolor zblizony do rózowego. W pierwszej odmianie wykonania konfekcjonowanego produktu wedliniarskiego pokazanego na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2 umieszczony w rózowej oslonce tworzywowej produkt wedliniarski na okraglym tle w kolorze rózowym posiada element graficzny imitujacy „biedronke", której kontur ze- wnetrzny jej tulowia stanowi owalny, otwarty u góry czerwony pierscien, przedzielony na dwie rózne czesci lukowym pasmem czerwonym, o zmiennej jego szerokosci, a kontur zewnetrzny jej glowy sta- nowi przylegajacy do górnej otwartej czesci tulowia znacznie mniejszy owalny czerwony pierscien, przy czym to czerwone lukowe pasmo przebiega w kierunku od glowy do dolnej czesci owalnego tu- lowia, tworzac imitacje dwóch skrzydel tej biedronki. Na lewym jej skrzydle i jasnorózowym tle znajdu- ja sie trzy okragle elementy w kolorze czerwonym, o zróznicowanych srednicach, a w dolnej czesci i z lewej strony do owalnego pierscieniowego jej konturu przylegaja elementy pólokragle w kolorze czerwonym, natomiast na prawym jej skrzydle na rózowym tle znajduje sie jeden okragly czerwony element, a do prawej strony jej owalnego czerwonego konturu przylegaja dwa pólowalne czerwone elementy, które wraz z czerwonymi elementami na lewym skrzydle stanowia imitacje kropek biedronki. Z kolei na rózowym tle glowy tej biedronki umieszczone sa dwa czerwone elementy o profilu czerwo- nych pólelips skierowanych w kierunku profilowego czerwonego otworu gebowego, pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie usytuowany poziomo, pólowalny, czerwony element imitujacy jej nos, natomiast do gór- nego pierscieniowego zarysu tej glowy zwróconej w lewa strone przylegaja dwie, wystajace na ze- wnatrz, lukowe czulki czerwone zakonczone czerwonymi eliptycznymi bulawkami. W drugiej odmianie wykonania konfekcjonowanego produktu wedliniarskiego pokazanego na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i fig. 3 umieszczony w oslonce tworzywowej produkt wedliniarski na okraglym tle w kolorze rózowym posiada równiez element graficzny, imitujacy „biedronke", której kon- tur zewnetrzny, usytuowanie obu skrzydel i kropek i ich kolorystyka sa identyczne jakie posiada imita- cja biedronki w pierwszej odmianie jej wykonania pokazanej na fig. 2. Róznica pomiedzy obu tymi biedronkami (fig. 2 i 3) polega tylko na tym, ze prawa czesc glowy biedronki wedlug drugiej odmiany jej wykonania posiada znacznie szerszy, pierscieniowy jej kontur czerwony, a oba te kontury o róz- nych ich szerokosciach polaczone sa ze soba lukami tworzacymi trójkatny element skierowany po- miedzy oczy tej biedronki. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the decorative elements, imitating the shape of an insect called a "ladybug" and its components, the mass-produced cold cut product, and its contrasting colors with the color of the product's circular background. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 - Fig. 3, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the finished meat product, in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the first variant of this product but in its vertical cross-section and in a perspective view, taken from its cut end, Fig. 1 - the second variant of the finished meat product, in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 - the second variant of this product but in its vertical cross-section and in a perspective view, taken from its cut end. All varieties of packaged cold cuts shown in Figs. 1-3 have a cylindrical shape, terminated on both sides by a spherical-shaped element. The product is enclosed in a cylindrical plastic casing that adheres to its outer surface and is secured with clips at its ends. As shown in Fig. 1, the plastic casing of the cold cut is pink in color. In the first variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and 2, the cold cut product placed in a pink plastic casing on a round pink background has a graphic element imitating a "ladybug", the outer contour of which is an oval, red ring open at the top, divided into two different parts by an arc-shaped red stripe of variable width, and the outer contour of its head is a much smaller oval red ring adjacent to the upper open part of the body, wherein this red arc-shaped stripe runs from the head to the lower part of the oval body, creating an imitation of the two wings of the ladybug. On her left wing and on a light pink background there are three red round elements of different diameters, and in the lower part and on the left side, red semi-circular elements adjoin its oval ring outline, while on her right wing on a pink background there is one red round element, and on the right side of its oval red outline there are two semi-oval red elements adjoining, which, together with the red elements on the left wing, constitute an imitation of the ladybug's dots. In turn, on the pink background of this ladybug's head there are two red elements with a profile of red half-ellipses directed towards the profile red mouth, between which there is a horizontally placed, half-oval, red element imitating its nose, while the upper ring-shaped outline of this head turned to the left is adjoined by two outward protruding, arched red antennae ending with red elliptical bulbs. In the second variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink background also has a graphic element imitating a "ladybug", the outer contour, the positioning of both wings and dots and their colours are identical to those of the imitation ladybug in the first variant of its execution shown in Fig. 2. The difference between both of these ladybugs (Figs. 2 and 3) is only that the right part of the ladybug's head in the second variant has a much wider, ring-shaped red contour, and both of these contours of different widths are connected with each other by arcs forming a triangular element directed between the eyes of this ladybug. Essential features of the industrial design A packaged cold cut product in the shape of a block with a profile similar to a cylinder, terminated on both sides with elements with a profile similar to a spherical cap, wherein the block of this product is placed in a cylindrical plastic casing adjacent to its surface, both ends of which are closed with clips, shown in illustrations Fig. 1-3, is characterized in that: - the cold cut product placed in a pink plastic casing on a round pink background has a graphic element imitating a "ladybug", the outer contour of which is an oval, red ring open at the top, divided into two different parts by an arc-shaped red strip of variable width, and the outer contour of its head is a much smaller red oval adjacent to the upper open part of the body a ring, wherein this red arc band runs from the head to the lower part of the oval body, creating an imitation of two wings of this ladybug, on its left wing and on a light pink background there are three red round elements of different diameters, and in the lower part and on the left side, semicircular red elements adhere to its oval ring contour, while on its right wing on a pink background there is one round red element, and to the right side of its oval red contour adhere two semi-oval red elements, which together with the red elements on the left wing constitute an imitation of the ladybug's dots, while on the pink background of this ladybug's head there are two red elements with a profile of red semi-ellipses directed towards the profile red mouth, between which there is a horizontally located semi-circular a prominent red element imitating its nose, while the upper ring-shaped outline of the head turned to the left is adjoined by two outward protruding, arched red antennae ending with red elliptical bulbs, or the right part of the ladybug's head has a much wider, annular red outline, and both of these outlines of different widths are connected with each other by arcs forming a triangular element directed between the eyes of the ladybug, as shown in the illustrations fig. 1 - 3.
