Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna aranzacja mebli obiektu gastrono- micznego posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, nadany przez ksztalt, kolorystyke uklad linii, poszcze- gólnych elementów, ich wzajemne usytuowanie. Aranzacja mebli obiektu gastronomicznego zawiera krzesla ze stylizowanym siedziskiem i opar- ciem, pomiedzy nimi znajduje sie czworokatny stolik stojacy na jednej nodze o podstawie czworokat- nej lub okraglej, przy czym blat stolika posiada róznokolorowa powierzchnie zas powierzchnie boczna z waskim jasnym paskiem, nad stolikiem posiada zawieszona czerwono-bordowa lampe w ksztalcie walca, jak pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach fig. 1 - 1c. The furniture arrangement for the catering facility includes chairs with a stylized seat and backrest, between them a quadrangular table standing on one leg with a quadrangular or circular base, the table top having a multicolored surface and the side surface with a narrow light stripe. A cylindrical red-burgundy lamp hangs above the table, as shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-1c. The furniture arrangement for the catering facility according to the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-1c, which show the design in its individual variations. The essential common features of the industrial design include: - a quadrangular table on one leg with a round or rectangular base and a top with a multi-colored surface and a narrow light stripe on the side surface; - black chairs with a stylized seat and backrest; - a red-burgundy lamp suspended above the table; - the relative positioning of individual elements. The furniture arrangement of the catering facility according to the industrial design, presented in the first variant in Fig. 1, includes a table and chairs positioned directly in front of it, and a hanging lamp with the essential features indicated above. The quadrangular table standing on one leg has a round base and a dark brown top. In the second variant, shown in Fig. 1a, the furniture arrangement for a catering facility based on an industrial design includes a table and chairs positioned directly in front, a hanging lamp with the essential features indicated above, and the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a round base and a melange top. In the third variant, shown in Fig. 1b, the furniture arrangement for a catering facility based on an industrial design includes a table and chairs positioned directly in front, and a hanging lamp with the essential features indicated above, and the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a quadrangular base and a light brown top.
