Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna aranzacja mebli obiektu gastronomicznego posiadajaca indywidualny charakter, nadany przez ksztalt, kolorystyke uklad linii, poszczególnych elementów i ich wzajemne usytuowanie. Aranzacja mebli obiektu gastronomicznego zawiera czerwona sofe z waskim oparciem oraz czterema grubymi nogami, krzeslo ze stylizowanym siedziskiem i oparciem pomiedzy którymi znajduje sie czworokatny stolik stojacy na jednej nodze o podstawie czworokatnej lub okraglej, z kolorowym blatem oraz zawieszona nad stolikiem czerwono-bordowa lampa w ksztalcie walca. Aranzacja mebli obiektu gastronomicznego, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji zawierajacej fotografie od Fig. 1 do Fig. 3c, na których przedstawiono wzór w odmianach. The furniture arrangement for the catering facility includes a red sofa with a narrow backrest and four thick legs, a chair with a stylised seat and backrest, between which there is a quadrangular table standing on one leg with a quadrangular or round base, with a coloured top and a red-burgundy lamp in the shape of a cylinder suspended above the table. The furniture arrangement for the catering facility, according to the industrial design, is presented in the attached illustration containing photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3c, on which the design is presented in its variations. Fig. 1 shows an arrangement with a table with a quadrangular base and a dark brown top. Fig. 1a - shows an arrangement with a round-base table with a dark brown top. The essential common features of the industrial design are: – a red sofa with a narrow backrest and four thick legs, – a quadrangular table on one leg with a round or quadrangular base and a top with a multi-coloured surface and a side surface with a narrow stripe in a light colour, – a chair with a stylised seat and backrest, – a red-burgundy lamp in the shape of a cylinder suspended above the table, – the mutual positioning of individual elements. The furniture arrangement of the catering facility according to the industrial design presented in the first variant in Fig. 1 includes a red sofa, a table, a chair and a lamp with the essential features indicated above, while the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a quadrangular base and a dark brown top. The furniture arrangement of a catering facility according to the industrial design presented in the second variant in fig. 1a comprises a red sofa, a table, a chair and a lamp with the essential features indicated above, wherein the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a round base and a dark brown top. The furniture arrangement of a catering facility according to the industrial design presented in the third variant in fig. 2 comprises a red sofa, a table, a chair and a lamp with the essential features indicated above, wherein the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a quadrangular base and a light brown top. The furniture arrangement of a catering facility according to the industrial design presented in the fourth variant in fig. 2a comprises a red sofa, a table, a chair and a lamp with the essential features indicated above, wherein the quadrangular table standing on one leg has a round base and a light brown top.
