Description

Wynalazek niniejszy dotyczy formy do przywulkanizowywania podeszwy gumo¬ wej do obuwia. 1 przedstawia przekrój piono¬ wy wzdluz formy, fig. 2 — widok zgóry na forme, a fig. 3 — pionowy przekrój po¬ przeczny.Forma sklada sie z plyty podstawowej 1, na której lezy plyta 3, oparta na kilku czopach 2. Plyta 3 posiada zarys, przed¬ stawiony przerywana linja 4 na fig. 2. Forme wedlug wynalazku stosuje sie w nastepujacy sposób.Forme wprowadza sie na plyte, ogrzana do okreslonej stalej temperatury. Szczeki boczne 5, 6 zostaja zwolnione wskutek prze¬ lozenia dzwigni 13 oraz przy pomocy ra¬ czek 9, 10 tak, iz otwieraja sief a na plyte 3 moze byc ulozona podeszwa gumowa 23, przymocowana do czesci wierzchniej obu¬ wia. Podczas otwierania szczeki 5, 6 zosta¬ ja podniesione sprezynami 20 do okreslonej wysokosci ponad poziom plyty podstawo¬ wej 1. PLThe present invention relates to a mold for vulcanizing a rubber sole to footwear. The commonly known method of vulcanizing rubber soles to footwear consists in the fact that the footwear with the sole, suitably processed and joined with the footwear, is placed for a certain period of time in a heated boiler, in which there is a certain amount of pressure. it enables the vulcanization of the rubber sole to the footwear without the use of boilers or similar devices. The drawing shows an example of the embodiment of a mold according to the invention, and Fig. 1 shows a vertical section along the mold, Fig. 2 is a top view of the mold, and Fig. 3 - vertical cross-section. The form consists of a base plate 1 with a plate 3 resting on it, supported by several spigots 2. Plate 3 has a contour, shown by a broken line 4 in Fig. 2. The top is on the plate surface. 3 has any pattern, corresponding to the pattern of the bottom surface of the rubber sole. On the plate 1 there are two side jaws 5, 6, which are connected to each other at the joint 7 with a pin 8. Closing the jaws 5, 6 is made by hand using the hands 9, 10. In closed position (fig. 2) the handles are fixed by means of a pin 111 extending into the opening 12, and by means of a stop lever 13 rotating on the trunnion 9 and overlapping the handle 10 with a suitable cut. On the jaws 5, 6, plates 15, 16 and plates 17 are fastened to the plates 15, 16 and plates 17 made of a material with low thermal conductivity. The plates 15 are outside the area with screws 18 (fig. 3) screwed to the jaws 5, 6, and on the lower side of the inner circumference is arranged in a pattern 19, corresponding to the pattern notched on the edge of rain 23. Jaws 5, 6 are pushed upwards by springs 20, resting at the top on the plugs 21, and at the bottom on the movable pivots 22, located in chambers 22a of jaws. The mold according to the invention is used as follows. The mold is placed on a plate, heated to a certain constant temperature. The side jaws 5, 6 are released by shifting the levers 13 and by means of the handles 9, 10 so that they open up and the plate 3 may be fitted with a rubber sole 23 attached to the upper part of the shoes. During opening, the jaws 5, 6 were raised by springs 20 to a certain height above the level of the base plate 1. This lifting of the jaws serves to ensure that when they are closed, the plates 25 are facing the periphery of the rain and that the plates 17 are respectively jamming the lower part of the shoes above the rain. After closing the jaws S, 6 and fixing them by means of the lever 13, pressure is exerted on the top part 34 of the footwear by means of a device acting in the direction of an arrow on the pressure pole 35 (Fig. 13). The clamped form should be left at rest. for some time, necessary for vulcanization of the sole. The excess rubber from the sole flows over the perimeter of the plate 3 and is then removed during the grinding of the sole. After the sole vulcanization of the sole is completed, the jaws 5, 6 are opened by means of a lever 36, mounted on the pin 37 and running on one of its ends 38 in cut the jaws properly. The second sharp end 39 of the lever 36 serves to separate the sole from the bottom of the mold. PL
