The design registration right is valid from: Priority: April 20, 1999 (Spain). The subject of the design registration is a wall-mounted bathtub faucet. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and line layout of the wall-mounted bathtub faucet. The subject of the ornamental pattern is shown in the attached drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the faucet in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the faucet in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the faucet in a front view, Fig. 4 shows the faucet in a side view, and Fig. 5 shows the faucet in a bottom view. The wall-mounted bathtub faucet according to the pattern has an elongated body in the shape of a cylinder, terminated on each side with an annular rim and an adjacent knob in the shape of a truncated pyramid with a hexagonal base, topped with a plate, spherical bowl, wherein the body has on one side, adjacent to one end, a horizontal projection in the form of a paraboloid of rotation truncated at the bottom, from the upper surface of which protrudes a pulsator switch in the shape of a truncated cone opening upwards, topped with a disc with rounded edges, and a short, cylindrical spout protrudes from the lower surface of the projection. Behind it, a flat cylindrical projection is positioned in a straight line, to which the hexagonal head of the pulsator mounting screw adheres. On the other side, the body has two cylindrical projections, symmetrically arranged on both sides, each of which is connected by a wide hexagonal nut to a wall-mounted cover in the form of a wide-open cone, topped with a cylindrical ring. The faucet, as designed, is characterized by an attractive form with a high level of aesthetics and favorable ergonomic features.
