Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw rekreacyjny do montazu na placu zabaw, wykorzystywany zarówno w miejscach ogólnie dostepnych takich jak parki, szkoly, przedszkola, jak i na terenach prywatnych takich jak ogrody przydomowe. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, zdobieniach, ukladzie linii oraz zestawieniu ze soba elementów tworzacych zestaw, jak równiez w ksztalcie, zdobieniach, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce i zestawieniu ze soba elementów tworzacych zestaw. The essence of the pattern is a new form of the object manifested in the shape, decorations, arrangement of lines and the combination of elements creating the set, as well as in the shape, decorations, arrangement of lines, colors and combination of elements creating the set. In the first version, the recreational set for installation on the playground has a soaring shape, widening at the bottom, and functional and decorative elements are shaped in such a way that its overall shape is similar to a space rocket. The set includes an element in the form of a turret with a square platform, steps, and a slide, with the turret platform connected to the steps and, on the other side, to the slide. The turret has four metal supports and a hipped, steep pyramid-shaped roof with gently curved edges at the base. The turret platform is protected by railings, one of which is a full wall with graphics on the outside, and the other is a full wall with movable elements built into it, adapted to the game of tic-tac-toe. Adjacent to the three edges below the platform are obliquely placed trapezoidal decorative slabs, close to each other by their side edges, each of which has a deep arched cutout at the base. Circular holes of various diameters are cut along the arc of the trapezoidal plate. The sides of the stairs are protected by railings in the form of a slab, limited at the top and bottom by arched round profiles running from the base of the stairs.
