Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szczotka do zamiatania na kiju, sluzaca do sprzatania, a szczególnie do zamiatania kurzu i innych smieci z powierzchni podlogowych. Nowymi i oryginalnymi cechami wzoru przemyslowego szczotki do zamiatania na kiju jest jej indywidualny charakter, który przejawia sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce. Nowa postac przejawia sie w budowie szczotki z wlosiem, która ma pozioma plaska powierzchnie z osadzonym na jej krawedziach dodatkowym elementem w postaci wyprofilowanej nakladki ochronnej w kolorze pistacjowym. Zgodnie ze wzorem jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym szczotka do zamiatania w I odmianie charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w poziomej plaskiej listwie wlosie w polowie czarne a w polowie jasno szare oraz posiada ochronne nakladki na jej bocznych powierzchniach. Odmiana II szczotki charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma w poziomej plaskiej listwie wlosie w jednym czarnym kolorze. The new and original features of the industrial design of the sweeping brush on a stick are its individual character, which is manifested in its shape, line layout, and colors. The new form is manifested in the construction of the brush with bristles, which has a horizontal flat surface with an additional element in the form of a profiled protective cap in pistachio color mounted on its edges. The central part of the flat horizontal element connecting the brush to the stick is in the form of a sleeve with a thread. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in two color versions of the design. The first version is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sweeping brush in the frontal view, the second version is shown in the illustration Fig. 2, which shows the brush in the frontal view. According to the pattern as shown in the attached illustrative material, the sweeping brush in version I is characterized by having bristles in the horizontal flat strip half black and half light grey and has protective caps on its side surfaces. Version II of the brush is characterized by having bristles in one black colour in the horizontal flat strip. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the sweeping brush on the stick, which distinguish it from other brush designs, are the new aesthetic and functional design of the brush in blue equipped with additional elements in the form of a protective cap on its working sides, incorporated into the profiles of the upper surface of the horizontal brush strip. The sweeping brush in version I is characterized by the fact that the bristles are half black and half light gray, and it has protective pistachio-colored covers on the side surfaces of the flat strip. Version II of the brush differs from version I in that it has black bristles on the lower flat, horizontal surface of the strip.
