Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czesc skladowa konstrukcji wózka oraz jej odmiana, które znajduja zastosowanie w prostych pojazdach, zwlaszcza w wózkach dzieciecych, jako widoczne w trakcie zwyklego uzytkowania czesci umozliwiajace rozlaczne polaczenie laczonych czesci konstrukcji wózka. Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a oraz fig. 1b, natomiast fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c oraz fig. 2d - przedstawiaja jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, while Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c, and Fig. 2d represent its subsequent form, i.e., a variant of the industrial design. The illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a and fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c and fig. 2d show a component part of the trolley structure and its variant in perspective views, while fig. 1b and fig. 2 show the same component part of the trolley structure and its variant in a side view. List of industrial design variants: 1) component part of the trolley structure - fig. 1, fig. 1a and fig. 1b, 2) component part of the trolley structure with an element of the trolley structure - fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 2b, fig. 2c and fig. 2d. An important feature of the industrial design shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b - a component part of the trolley structure, is that it is: - a spatial element, essentially resembling a cuboid in shape, wherein the outline of the spatial element - in a side view - resembles a rectangle, one of the shorter sides of which is slightly oblique, while the edge of the longer side - from the side of the other, shorter side - is initially a straight line, parallel to the edge of the other longer side of the rectangle, then a small trapezoidal cutout is visible in the edge, then for a relatively short section the edge is again a straight line and then, through a small oblique, it turns into a slightly lowered straight line of the edge; – the surface of the upper wall of the three-dimensional element is essentially flat, while the surface of the opposite wall – centrally – features a longitudinal, essentially rectangular recess, which connects with a transverse, rectangular cutout in the side, diagonal wall of the element. The three-dimensional form of the design is applied for protection without designating colors. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, Fig. 2c and Fig. 2d - a component part of the trolley structure with a trolley structure element - is that it is: - a spatial element whose shape essentially resembles a cuboid, wherein the outline of the spatial element - in a side view - resembles a rectangle, one of the shorter sides of which is slightly oblique, while the edge of the longer side - from the side of the other, shorter side - is initially a straight line, parallel to the edge of the other longer side of the rectangle, then a small trapezoidal cutout is visible in the edge, then for a relatively short section the edge is again a straight line and then, through a small oblique, it turns into a slightly lowered straight line of the edge; – the surface of the upper wall of the spatial element is essentially flat, while in the surface of the opposite wall – centrally – a longitudinal, essentially rectangular recess is visible, which connects to a transverse, rectangular cut-out in the side, oblique wall of the element; – the side walls of the spatial element pass into the essentially flat side walls of the carriage structure element, and the upper surface of the spatial element passes through a small step into the side surface of the carriage structure element, wherein – the essential part of the carriage structure element is a circular element, mounted perpendicularly between the side walls, and in the central part of which a through, circular opening is made, around which a small, annular projection is visible; – also on the perimeter of the circular element a small, annular projection is visible, in the surface of which similar and evenly distributed small, circular recesses are made; – next to the circular element – in the surface connecting it with the three-dimensional element – there is a small, arc-shaped recess, and above it – several recesses arranged in parallel to each other and – next to them – a ledge with a small, essentially oval, convex element placed in it, which on the other side of the carriage structure element turns into a generally flat element whose shape resembles a rectangle with rounded corners and whose longer sides are centrally emphasized outwards.
