The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Figure 1, while Figures 2 and 3 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variants of the industrial design. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) hanging lamp - fig. 1, 2) floor lamp - fig. 2, 3) floor lamp under a logo - fig. 3. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1, i.e. a hanging lamp - is that: - its lampshade is in the shape of a cylinder, the lower and upper bases of which have been removed; - from the middle of the lampshade a tube extends vertically upwards, onto which a sleeve is slipped, while - from the side surface of the sleeve a long element extends almost vertically upwards, bent in an arc-like manner; - the end of the longitudinal element connects to the flat surface of a strongly flattened cylinder, which is the highest element of the lamp. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design, without designating its colors. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2, i.e. a floor lamp, is that: - its lampshade is in the shape of a cylinder whose lower and upper bases have been removed; - from the center of the lampshade a tube extends vertically downwards, onto which a sleeve is slipped, while - from the side surface of the sleeve an elongated element extends almost vertically downwards, bent in an arc-like manner; - the end of the longitudinal element connects to the flat surface of a strongly flattened cylinder, which is the lowest element of the lamp. Protection is sought for the spatial form of the design, without designating its colours. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 3, i.e. a floor-standing lamp, is that: - its lampshade is in the shape of a cylinder whose lower and upper bases have been removed; - from the centre of the lampshade, a significantly elongated tube extends vertically downwards, onto which a sleeve is slipped, while - from the side surface of the sleeve, a significantly elongated longitudinal element extends almost vertically downwards, bent like an arc; - the end of the longitudinal element connects with the flat surface of a strongly flattened cylinder, which is the lowest element of the lamp.
