Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytworu, przejawiaj aca si e w kolorystyce i oryginalnym uk ladzie graficznym. Wierzch opakowania wed lug wzoru przemys lowego w porównaniu do szeregu istniej acych w obrocie opakowa n na wyroby farmaceutyczne (leki), charakteryzuje si e indywidualnym charakterem uk ladu graficznego i kolorystycznego poszczególnych elementów. The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in its color scheme and original graphic layout. Compared to a number of existing pharmaceutical product (medicine) packagings, the surface of the packaging, as defined by the industrial design, is characterized by the unique graphic and color layout of its individual elements. The top side of the packaging, in accordance with the industrial design, has the shape of a rectangle placed horizontally, in a red color (close to magenta), with an exposed group of three four-pointed stars, with delicate shading at the intersection of the arms, on the right side of the rectangle two stripes on the inside, a narrower gray one, on the outside, a wider brown one, placed vertically. An important feature of the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design is the graphic layout characterized by a pattern in shades of brown, gray, and red (close to magenta) with a graphic element, i.e. a rectangle with a group of three four-pointed stars and a stripe or stripes. The top side of the packaging according to the industrial design is a uniform and original color and graphic composition.
