Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa i posiadaj aca indywidualny charakter posta c wytworu, przejawiaj aca si e w kolorystyce i oryginalnym uk ladzie graficznym. The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in its color scheme and original graphic layout. Compared to a number of existing pharmaceutical product (medicine) packagings, the surface of the packaging according to the industrial design is characterized by the unique graphic layout and color scheme of individual elements. The surface of the packaging according to the industrial design is shaped like a horizontally oriented white rectangle, with stylized bands in shades of blue and gray. The design features a central shaded band, featuring a stylized figure of three inscribed, unclosed circles, the largest and smallest in orange, the middle one in white, all optically emanating from the corner of a blue quadrilateral. Below them, a thinner, white band is visually distinguished, intersecting two vertical stripes placed on the right side of the rectangle. This band can accommodate inscriptions. In the variations, the stripes and the position of the graphic element have been modified accordingly, featuring a figure of three inscribed, unclosed circles superimposed on a quadrilateral. In the second variant, the top side of the packaging is based on the industrial design, except it features a stylized figure of three open, inscribed circles, the largest and smallest orange, the middle white, all optically emerging from the corner of a blue quadrilateral located in the upper left corner of the rectangle. In the third variant, the top side of the packaging is based on the industrial design, except the stripes are positioned diagonally, and the stylized figure of three open, inscribed circles, the largest and smallest orange, the middle white, all optically emerging from the corner of a blue quadrilateral is shifted to the left side of the rectangle. In the fourth variant, the top side of the packaging follows the industrial design, except it has two horizontal stripes placed at the top of the packaging, with a white cutout for text in one of them, and a stylized figure positioned similarly to the third variant. In the fifth variant, the top side of the packaging follows the industrial design, except it has two horizontal stripes placed at the top of the packaging, a larger shaded strip shifted downward, and a stylized figure shifted to the right. In the sixth variant, the top side of the packaging follows the industrial design and has one vertical orange stripe, with a cutout at the bottom for text. In the seventh variant, the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design has one vertical stripe in blue and a stylized figure shifted to the left, placed to the right of the stripe. In the eighth variant, the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that one of the stripes is orange. In the ninth variation, the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design has a single horizontal stripe placed at the top of the rectangle and a stylized figure shifted to the left. In the tenth variation, the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design has a single central stripe with a stylized figure placed on it. PL 18487 3 A significant feature of the top side of the packaging according to the industrial design is a graphic layout characterized by a white rectangle through which a shaded blue stripe runs centrally, horizontally. The design also features a stylized figure of three open circles, inscribed within each other, the largest and smallest in orange, the middle one in white, all optically emanating from the corner of a blue quadrangle. The top side of the packaging according to the industrial design is a uniform and original color and graphic composition.
