Natomiast po prawej stronie znajduj a si e rubryki w ró znych odcieniach koloru niebieskiego. Intended use of the product. The printed envelopes are intended for documenting the processes of washing, disinfection, and sterilization of medical devices and other devices subject to these processes, performed in healthcare facilities, as well as by statutory entities authorized to carry out these processes. 2. Description of the attached product variants. Envelopes made of paper with conceptually consistent graphic layouts, differing in text and color, come in two variants depending on the process in which they will be used. Variation I. An envelope printed on both sides, with a green graphic design, implements a system for documenting the sterilization process of medical devices and other devices subject to these processes - envelope obverse: Fig. 1.1. envelope reverse: Fig. 1.2. Essential features of the industrial design (product). An essential feature of the design is the characteristic graphics determined by the shape and mutual arrangement of fields and the colors used, as shown in figs. 1.1., 1.2., 2.1., 2.2. The designed and manufactured replacement product is that in: • Variation I. figs. 1.1. and 1.2. The color green in all its pastel shades was used for the sterilization process documentation system. On the envelope, under the header, there are horizontal fields separated by colorless spaces. Each individual field on the left and right has a colorless area. Between these areas are boxes in various shades of green. • Variation II, Fig. 2.1. and 2.2. Blue in all its pastel shades was used for the cleaning and disinfection process documentation system. On the right, there are boxes in various shades of blue.
