Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krajacz do warzyw miekkich - gotowanych i jajek ugotowanych na twardo, przeznaczonych, po pokrojeniu w kostke, do domowego wyrobu salatek jarzynowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, w dwóch odmianach, przedstawiony jest na ilustracjach, na których Fig. 1.1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane krajacza, w widoku przestrzennym, z podniesiona ramka z elementami tnacymi, od strony popychacza jarzyn, Fig. 1.2 - ten sam krajacz od strony elementu tnacego w postaci siatki wmontowanej w okragly pierscien, Fig. 2.1 i Fig. 2.2 przedstawiaja druga odmiane krajacza z elementem tnacym w postaci siatki wmontowanej w ramke zblizona ksztaltem do prostokata. Krajacz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada plaska podstawe majaca postac plytki, na powierzchni której posadowione sa prostopadle do tej powierzchni i ustawione równolegle wzgledem siebie mniejsze plytki z lukowato uksztaltowanymi ku dolowi górnymi bokami, tworzace loze na warzywo przeznaczone do pokrojenia, do której to podstawy przymocowana jest przegubowo ramka zawierajaca strunowy element tnacy warzywo na plastry i drugi strunowy element tnacy, usytuowany prostopadle do pierwszego, z ruchomym popychaczem do przepchniecia warzywa, wczesniej pocietego na plastry, przez drugi element tnacy majacy postac siatki z prostokatnymi oczkami, w celu uzyskania koski warzywnej. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, wynikajacym z polaczenia krajacza do ciecia warzyw w plastry i krajacza do ciecia warzyw w slupki, charakteryzujacym sie tym, ze do plaskiej podstawy przymocowana jest przegubowo ramka z dwoma strunowymi elementami tnacymi, przy czym jeden element tnacy zamontowany bezposrednio do ruchomej ramki przypomina naciagniete, równolegle struny instrumentu muzycznego a drugi element tnacy, umieszczony w innej ramce przytwierdzonej prostopadle do ramki ruchomej, ma postac kratki utworzonej z krzyzujacych sie prostopadle dwóch równoleglych warstw strun, a ponadto do ramki ruchomej przytwierdzony jest, równolegle do ramki z elementem tnacym kratkowym, popychacz warzyw o ksztalcie zblizonym do ksztaltu ramki z kratkowym elementem tnacym. The subject of the industrial design, in two variations, is presented in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1.1 shows the first variant of the cutter, in a three-dimensional view, with a raised frame with cutting elements, from the side of the vegetable pusher; Fig. 1.2 - the same cutter from the side of the cutting element in the form of a mesh mounted in a circular ring; Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 show the second variant of the cutter with a cutting element in the form of a mesh mounted in a frame similar in shape to a rectangle. The slicer according to the industrial design has a flat base in the form of a plate, on the surface of which smaller plates are placed perpendicularly to this surface and arranged parallel to each other with upper sides shaped in an arc shape towards the bottom, forming a bed for the vegetable to be cut, to which base is attached in an articulated manner a frame containing a string element for cutting the vegetable into slices and a second string cutting element, situated perpendicularly to the first one, with a movable pusher for pushing the vegetable, previously cut into slices, through the second cutting element in the form of a net with rectangular holes, in order to obtain vegetable cubes. An essential feature of the industrial design is the new form of the object manifested in its shape, resulting from the combination of a vegetable slicer and a vegetable strip cutter, characterized in that a frame with two string cutting elements is articulatedly attached to a flat base, wherein one cutting element mounted directly to the movable frame resembles the stretched, parallel strings of a musical instrument, and the other cutting element, placed in another frame attached perpendicularly to the movable frame, has the form of a grid made of two perpendicularly intersecting parallel layers of strings, and in addition, a vegetable pusher with a shape similar to the shape of the frame with the grid cutting element is attached to the movable frame, parallel to the frame with the grid cutting element.
