Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest puzzlowe opakowanie slodyczy. Wzór pokazano na zalaczonych ilustracjach: Fig. 1 – schemat opakowania Fig. 2 i Fig. 4 – widok opakowania z góry Fig. 3 – widok wieczka opakowania (bez warstwy puzzli) Fig. 5 – widok spodu opakowania Nowatorska, charakterystyczna i odrózniajaca sie forma opakowania przejawia sie w postaci: kartonowego pudelka w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu skladajacego sie z 2 czesci – wieczka od spodu. Cechy istotne przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego: 1) Na wieczku ulozone sa puzzle (ukladanka) – jako jedna tekturowa czesc ponacinana w puzzle w liczbie 56 szt. 2) Na puzzlach i wieczku opakowania jest taka sama ilustracja – wieczko stanowi wzór do ulozenia ukladanki po rozsypaniu poszczególnych puzzli. The design is shown in the attached illustrations: Fig. 1 – packaging diagram Fig. 2 and Fig. 4 – top view of the packaging Fig. 3 – view of the packaging lid (without the puzzle layer) Fig. 5 – view of the bottom of the packaging The innovative, distinctive, and distinctive form of the packaging is manifested in the form of: a cardboard box in the shape of a cuboid consisting of 2 parts – the lid and the bottom. Essential features of the subject industrial design: 1) A puzzle (jigsaw) is arranged on the lid – as one cardboard part cut into 56 puzzle pieces. 2) The puzzle pieces and the packaging lid feature the same illustration – the lid provides a template for assembling the puzzle after scattering the individual pieces.
