Known and used CD packaging is characterized by an external appearance different from the industrial design in question. The essence of the industrial design is the new, original form of the box, manifested in its shape, line layout, and distinctive graphic design on the box lid. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: - fig. 1 shows the unfolded box, - fig. 2 shows a top view of the folded, open box, - fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the open box in a horizontal position, with CDs placed inside, - fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the open box in a vertical position, with CDs placed inside. After folding, the box visible in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 forms a monolith consisting of a lid 1 with a flap 2 provided with latching magnets 3 and a perpendicular wall part. The perpendicular wall part of the box consists of a bottom 4 and a top surface 5. The top surface 5 has a rectangular cutout 6 in the center and four inwardly bent trapezoidal surfaces 7 that, when bent, contact the bottom 4 of the box. On the trapezoidal surfaces 7, longitudinal cuts 8 are made for placing CDs. The box has characteristic, colorful graphic elements and inscriptions on the outside and inside.
