The bottle is a new form of a product in eight varieties, possessing an individual character and new features given by the shapes and contour lines of new elements that create the product's design and utility features and influence its aesthetic appearance. The bottle design, with a local, shaped convexity of its wall, is presented in the attached drawings, primarily in orthogonal projections on two planes and in parallel projections, encompassing the bottle in eight varieties. The table below describes the bottle's industrial design in its varieties and explains the drawings illustrating the design variations. Figure 1.7 illustrates several phases of joining essential bottle elements according to the industrial design, in order to obtain the final form of the product in the first variant. Figure 1.3 shows the bottle design in its initial form, prepared for the subsequent phases. Figure 1.4 shows a label intended to be placed on the convex wall of the bottle. Figure 1.5 shows rolled-up heat-shrinkable foil, covered with illustrations and inscriptions, and with an exposed space for the label shown in Figure 1.4, before the phase of being pressed onto the bottle. Figure 1.6 shows the bottle design with the label, placed inside the rolled-up heat-shrinkable foil as in Figure 1.5. before the phase of its tightening on the bottle. The drawing marked Fig. 1.7 shows the bottle design together with the label, tightened together with heat-shrinkable foil, in the final form of the industrial design in the first variation. The subject of the industrial design is a product comprising a bottle, with a shape generally known as a thin-walled cylindrical vessel, with a neck close to a truncated cone and a narrowing situated between the upper and lower parts of the bottle, and its new significant design features are described below. PL 18162 3 Significant features of an industrial design. 1. A bottle, particularly for beverages, being a thin-walled vessel of generally cylindrical shape, with a neck approximating a truncated cone and a narrowing between the upper and lower parts, with the characteristics of a part of the bottle wall having a local convex shape, generally approximating a flat shape, of a polygonal or circular shape, on which a label of an appropriate shape is placed. 2. A bottle having the characteristics according to the first point, characterized in that the main part of the bottle is wrapped in heat-shrinkable foil, covered with illustrations and inscriptions. 3. A bottle having the characteristic features of the first item and or the second item, characterized in that the label placed on the local shape convexity of the bottle wall contains illustrations with variable and different features, depending on how it is viewed from different angles. 4. A bottle having the characteristic features of the first, second and third items, in the first variant, characterized in that the local shape convexity of the wall has a quadrangular shape with rounded corners and is located in the lower part of the bottle. 5. A bottle having the characteristic features according to the first, second, and third items, in the second variant, characterized in that the local, shaped convexity of the wall has a triangular shape with rounded corners and is located in the lower part of the bottle. 6. A bottle having the characteristic features according to the first, second, and third items, in the third variant, characterized in that the local, shaped convexity of the wall has a hexagonal shape, resulting from the cuts of the corners of a quadrangle and is located in the lower part of the bottle. 7. A bottle having the characteristic features according to the first, second and third items, in the fourth variant, characterized in that the local, shaped convexity of the wall is circular and located in the lower part of the bottle. 8. A bottle having the characteristic features according to the first, second and third items, in the fifth variant, characterized in that the local, shaped convexity of the wall is quadrangular with rounded corners and located in the upper part of the bottle. 9.
