Istotne cechy oprawy zawarte s a w wygl adzie i ukszta ltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemys lowe- go. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 1.1 i fig. 1.2 dla odmiany pierwszej oprawy, fig. 2.1 i fig. 2.2 dla odmiany drugiej oprawy. Oprawa dla ta smy LED charakteryzuje si e tym, ze czo lo listwy profilowej od strony jej otwartego boku, tworzy luk wypuk ly, po obu stronach wybrania w tym czole. Otwarte czo lo listwy jest zakryte os lon a, której dno ma kszta lt wypuk lego luku dostosowanego do luku czo la listwy profilowej. Ten luk dna os lony jest przed lu zony obustronnie poza wybranie w czole listwy, zakrywaj ac cz es c czo la listwy, po obu stronach wybrania. The essential features of the fixture are contained in the appearance and shape of the subject of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2 for a variant of the first fixture, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 for a variant of the second fixture. The fixture for an LED strip is characterized in that the face of the profile strip on its open side forms a convex arch, with recesses in that face on both sides. The open face of the strip is covered by a cover, the bottom of which is shaped like a convex arc, adapted to the arc of the profile strip's front. This arc of the cover's bottom extends on both sides beyond the recess in the strip's front, covering part of the strip's front on both sides of the recess. The bottom of the cover, where it transitions into the bottom extension, has two arc-shaped legs along its entire length, which penetrate the recess in the profile strip. This recess for the cover, created at the open end of the profile strip, is shaped like arcs on both sides of the recess, which end at the bottom with a gradual transition into the LED strip channel, so that the curved legs of the cover lie within these arcs and do not touch the transition zone into the LED strip channel. The sides of the profile strip, adjacent to its open end, have longitudinal grooves with a trapezoidal cross-section, running the entire length of the strip. The industrial design has two types of fixtures, differing in the shape of the strip. The first variant of the fixture has a profile strip which is approximately a rectangle with an open, arched front and rounded corners at the bottom, and the transition of the recess for the cover into the LED strip channel has protrusions above the channel, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2. The second variant of the fixture has a profile strip which is approximately a rectangle with chamfered corners at the top and rounded corners at the bottom, wherein the upper, open front has an arc-shaped flange at the top, protruding beyond the zone of the chamfers of the upper corners of the rectangle, and the transition of the recess for the cover into the LED strip channel has a protrusion above the channel, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The LED strip light fixture in all its varieties is characterized by the fact that the front of the profile strip, on its open side, forms a convex arch on both sides of the recess in that front. The open front of the strip is covered by a cover, the bottom of which has the shape of a convex arch adapted to the arc of the front of the profile strip. This arc of the cover bottom extends on both sides beyond the recess in the front of the strip, covering part of the front of the strip on both sides of the recess. The bottom of the cover, where it transitions into the bottom extension, has two arc-shaped legs along its entire length, which penetrate the recess in the profile strip. This recess for the cover, created at the open end of the profile strip, is shaped like arcs on both sides of the recess, which terminate at the bottom in a gradual transition into the LED strip channel, so that the curved legs of the cover lie within these arcs and do not touch the transition zone into the LED strip channel. The transition from the cover recess to the LED strip channel has a protrusion above the channel. The sides of the profile strip, adjacent to its open end, have longitudinal grooves with a trapezoidal cross-section along the entire length of the strip, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2. 2. The LED strip fixture in the first variant has a profile strip which is approximately a rectangle with an open, arched front and rounded corners at the bottom, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2. 3. The LED strip fixture in the second variant has a profile strip which is approximately a rectangle with chamfered corners at the top and rounded corners at the bottom, wherein the upper open front has an arc flange at the top, protruding beyond the zone of the chamfers of the upper corners of the rectangle, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2.
