Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa dla tasmy LED, zlozona z listwy profilowej o jednym bok otwartym, w celu umieszczenia w jej wnetrzu, w korytku, tasmy ze swietlnymi diodami LED i z oslony przepuszczajacej swiatlo, zakrywajacej ten otwarty bok listwy. Istotne cechy oprawy zawarte sa w wygladzie i uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 1.1 i fig 1.2 dla odmiany pierwszej oprawy, fig. 2.1 i fig. 2.2 dla odmiany drugiej oprawy. Oprawa dla tasmy LED charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czolo listwy profilowej od strony jej otwartego boku, tworzy luk wypukly, po obu stronach wybrania w tym czole. Otwarte czolo listwy jest zakryte oslona, której dno ma ksztalt wypuklego luku dostosowanego do luku czola listwy profilowej. Ten luk dna oslony jest przedluzony obustronnie poza wybranie w czole listwy, zakrywajac czesc czola listwy, po obu stronach wybrania. Dno oslony, w miejscach przejscia w przedluzenia dna, ma na calej dlugosci dwie nózki w ksztalcie luków, które wchodza w glab wybrania w listwie profilowej. To wybranie dla oslony, utworzone przy otwartym czole listwy profilowej, ma ksztalt luków po obu stronach wybrania, które to luki koncza sie u dolu stopniowym przejsciem w korytko dla tasmy LED, tak aby lukowe nózki oslony lezaly w obrebie tych luków i nie dotykaly strefy przejscia w korytko tasmy LED. Odmiana druga oprawy ma listwe profilowa, która jest w przyblizeniu prostokatem o scietych narozach u góry i zaokraglonych narozach u dolu, przy czym górne otwarte czolo ma kolnierz lukowy od góry, wystajacy poza strefe sciec górnych narozy prostokata, a przejscie wybrania dla oslony w korytko listwy LED ma wystep nad korytkiem, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 2.1 i fig. 2.2. Powierzchnia czolowa listwy, poza obrebem kolnierza oslony, ma rowki wzdluzne o przekroju trapezowym, na calej dlugosci listwy, jak pokazano na ilustracjach, fig. 1.1 i fig 1.2. The essential features of the fixture are contained in the appearance and shape of the industrial design subject. The industrial design subject is shown in illustrations: Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2 for the first fixture, Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2 for the second fixture. The fixture for an LED strip is characterized by the fact that the face of the profile strip on its open side forms a convex arc, with recesses in this face on both sides. The open face of the strip is covered by a cover, the bottom of which is shaped like a convex arc, adapted to the arc of the profile strip's face. This arch of the cover's bottom extends on both sides beyond the recess in the strip's face, covering part of the strip's face on both sides of the recess. The cover's bottom, where it transitions into the bottom extensions, has two arc-shaped legs along its entire length, which penetrate the recess in the profile strip. This recess for the cover, created with the profile strip's open face, has arcs on both sides of the recess, which end at the bottom with a gradual transition into the LED strip channel, ensuring that the cover's arc-shaped legs lie within these arcs and do not touch the transition zone into the LED strip channel. The sides of the profile strip, adjacent to its open face, have longitudinal grooves with a trapezoidal cross-section along the entire length of the strip. The industrial design has two types of fixtures, differing in the shape of the strip. The first type of fixture has a profile strip that is approximately a rectangle with an arched open front and rounded corners at the bottom, and the transition of the recess for the cover into the LED strip channel has protrusions above the channel, as shown in illustrations Fig. 1.1 and Fig. 1.2. The second type of fixture has a profile strip that is approximately a rectangle with cut corners at the top and rounded corners at the bottom, wherein the upper open front has an arc-shaped flange at the top, protruding beyond the zone of the cut-off upper corners of the rectangle, and the transition of the recess for the cover into the LED strip channel has a protrusion above the channel, as shown in illustrations Fig. 2.1 and Fig. 2.2. The essential features of the industrial design of the LED strip light fixture in all its variants are characterized by a convex arc on the open side of the profile strip, with a recess on both sides, including a transition into the LED strip channel. This allows the curved legs of the cover to lie within these arcs and not touch the transition area into the LED strip channel. The sides of the profile strip adjacent to its open face have longitudinal grooves with a trapezoidal cross-section along the entire length of the strip. The LED strip light fixture has a convex arc on the end, which connects to two straight sides intersecting at a right angle, with the corner of this intersection being cut with a narrow plane. The front surface of the strip, outside the cover flange, has longitudinal grooves of trapezoidal cross-section along the entire length of the strip, as shown in the illustrations, fig. 1.1 and fig. 1.2.
