Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest nasadka grabi i jej odmiana. Nasadka grabi umiesz- czona na uniwersalnym trzonku przeznaczona jest do ró znego rodzaju prac ziemnych, np. do zgar- niania li sci, siana, smieci itp. oraz wyrównywania nierówno sci gruntu. The rake attachment, mounted on a universal handle, is intended for various types of earthworks, e.g., raking leaves, hay, garbage, etc., and leveling out uneven ground. The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and 1a, while Fig. 2 and 2a depict another form of the industrial design, i.e., a colored variant. In illustrations Fig. 1 and 2, both the design and its variant are shown in a front perspective view, while Fig. 1a and 2a depict the design and its variant in a rear perspective view. List of industrial design variations: 1) rake attachment - fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2) colored rake attachment - fig. 2 and fig. 2a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in fig. 1 and fig. 1a - rake attachment - is that: - the rake attachment is a surface similar in shape to half of a transversely placed elongated oval, in the central upper part of which a sleeve is mounted, and a through hole is made in the upper part of the sleeve. Rake tines extend from the lower part of the semi-formable surface, the tines forming profiled elements, set at a small distance from each other, with the end parts of the rake tines slightly tapering and analogously bent at the ends. The profiled tines are additionally connected near their base by a crossbar. The three-dimensional form of the design is submitted for protection, without any color designation. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a—a colored rake attachment—is that: the rake attachment is a surface similar in shape to half a transversely arranged elongated oval, in the upper central part of which a sleeve is mounted, with a through hole in the upper part of the sleeve. The rake tines extend from the lower part of the semi-formable surface, wherein the tines form profiled elements, set at short distances from each other, with the end parts of the rake tines slightly tapering and analogously bent at the ends.
